I was recently diagnosed with MS, and it was right at the same time I started a new job. Because I was worried about the location for all of the bathrooms in the new area, I got these just in case. I only wore them a few times, but overall I didn't feel strange or awkward wearing them. If you're not sure, give these a try. They are comfortable and you can't even feel a lot of difference between these and regular boxers.
