Nite Ize S-Biner 360 SlideLock Dual Carabiner, Size #2

These work great for what I am making now slings and gun slings

I carry my cell phone on my belt loop using this carabiner (and the Nite Ize hitch phone anchor). I've gone through a number of carabiners, and this one is my favorite! My only real problem with wearing my phone like I do is when it gets caught on something and the carabiner gets bound up with my belt loop. This carabiner has the twist in the middle and has completely eliminated my problem. The clip is secure, stable, and well made, making it reliable on the phone end and easy to use on the belt loop end. The only con I've had with the carabiner is the locking clips. They just slide onto the metal bar, so they will come off easily. On the belt loop end, the lock clip came off early on, but I clip and unclip that end all the time without locking. The phone end has been locked since being attached, and although I do double check it periodically, it has not come unlocked on its own (or fallen off). I think the first fell off only because of my habits with it, but it is something to keep in mind if you might use it similarly. Overall, I don't expect the carabiner to last forever, but it is much sturdier than any I've used before for this purpose. I will be returning for another of these if/when it does give out.

I have numerous Nite Ize carabiners/s biners and they’ve all been great and reliable. Metal construction is the key and this feels very solid in hand and well made. I chose size two which was perfect, not too small or not too big. Love that it’s lockable also but I do worry that the locking mechanism will fail if the plastic falls off, but still a great design.

I wanted a swivel so my nutty crows can freely rotate. The bonus with this item is that it also adds length, so the crows hang lower.

The product is a great way to carry & secure items. The ability to rotate allows for less stress. Only hope it holds up. Time will tell

the images imply that the two things lock together but also that they can be unlocked. This is not true; it's one item that can't be separated and each carabiner is lockable. Feels sturdy and long lasting but not what I wanted.
