I have a vitamin D deficiency so I’m using these along with a daily multivitamin to get my numbers up. It doesn’t taste bad and isn’t melted my only complaint is the gummies are a little stale despite not being expired.

I love these gummies and they work very effectively. Great texture (don't get stuck in one's teeth) and flavor without being overly sweet. I like that each gummy is 1000 IU and comes with K2 for better absorption. I especially appreciate that they are soy-free and dairy-free; they're very allergen friendly. My Vitamin D was 28 just three months ago. I re-tested after two months of taking 2000 IU daily (e.g. 2 gummies) and my new Vitamin D was 40! Amazing. They really do work. I was not expecting them to work so well so quickly. Very happy with this brand and have started taking their calcium chews as well.
