Great product
Product worked as advertised. It's just what you need to properly diagnose a bmw. They have the best customer support of any company I have ever dealt with, EVER. These guys are so helpful. The product works. You just may need some assistance with setup and they will help you until it works. I hope they do very well they deserve it. If you need a diag cable buy it from them you will not be disappointed.

Works great.
This INPA software worked great, I was able to sync my key to the computer and car started right away, there is also technical assistance if needed, I installed the software myself, some of the commands are in German but is not a big deal, but great tool for DIYers, I would recommend this product, and it works with windows 10, A+++++++. Thank you.

INPA Reads *most* modules on my 2007 E60
Setup was a bit of a pain, as the instructions took a couple of readthroughs before I understood what the author was trying to say. Still not sure about the slide switch on the OBD plug end of the cable, as that was not covered in the readme files. That said, I'm still unable to get INPA to read the steering modules -and all that I need from this right now is to unlock the steering wheel, although registering the new battery would be nice. Also, the access to the EDIABAS software is a bit hidden, so I'm only finding the interface by accident right now. And, there's no way that I'm taking the 12 year old laptop onto the Internet without current antivirus software running, let alone giving remote access to anyone. In fact, the reason that I pulled the old laptop out of the cupboard was precisely because the software requires that all anti-virus software be disabled... so, using a disposable machine seems like a smart precaution. The good news is that the software will run under windows Vista - I did mention that I was using an effectively *disposable* laptop for this...So, I think that this is a kludge of a package, and that I paid more money in the expectation of getting better software and installation instructions, which was not the case.Still, if I can get the steering lock to release, and then sell the car, I'll be money ahead.

Accpted - good patner.
The cable was installed by video descriptions. I used Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. But the real problem was with drivers. For the cable I used not included drivers with version 2.12, but additionally found and installed version 2.8. It solved some issues with my BMW E60 modules recognition. But whatever, the newer version also was able to find and solve my engine errors (what I needed at first). Also included on DVD Inpa requires some additional config files/editions and they I think are included on the product DVD (haven't checked yet).

Great experience, he really knows what he’s doing with the software.
I don’t write a lot of reviews, good or bad, but I felt like I should here. The installation process of the software is fairly involved, I didn’t have much luck trying to install it myself. One message to Luckybuy and he was happy to install it for me right away. Like others have said, I downloaded teamviewer and he did everything remotely. I know it seems weird to relinquish control of your laptop to someone in China, but it went perfectly, I never would’ve gotten through all the steps by myself. INPA is great if you own a BMW, it can save you lots of money and time. The cable that came with the software seems like a good quality one too. Overall good buying experience.

Not 100% compatible with BMW tools
This cable enabled me to connect as expected to INPA but there were a couple of ECU's that it did not work with and ended up paralyzing my car. WINKFP, one of the tools, gave error message: "IFH0003: Data transmission to interface disturbed" when using this cable. The cable from a BMW geeky website guarantees 100% compatibility so I will try that one.

Worked perfectly for 2007 BMW 530xi e60 (win10)
Comes with all software and good instructions. Works perfectly. I was able to solve a no crank/no start issue caused by steering wheel lock malfunction (elv) on my e60 bmw 530xi. 30m after the cable arrived I had the car started. Amazingly fast shipping. Couldn't be more pleased.
