A family member let us borrow one and after the first use we knew we had to buy one! It has helped our back pain so much.

At first I was skeptical before I bought it because some said they were having trouble but the one I have is great. I bought this for my mom for Christmas. It's the best one there is in my opinion. It's design is perfect for the shape of a lower back. It has several metal pads on it that do socks to massage the area and you can set the intensity to whatever you want. You have to damp your lower back door best results. I was told by my mom after a long days work that it feels amazing and relieved her back pain instantly. It's worth the price. You control it through an app but it's very easy to use. My mom is horrible with apps and computers but she was easily able to figure out the app controls. It has many different settings and variety of massage patterns. Definitely recommend.

This is the best lower back massager. Purchased two other within the past two years. Sent one back for a refund for not being satisfied. Just Purchased this about a week ago and now I feel born again. The download of the app simply informs all instructions as to the important information and use of the massager. Great item.

it does fit around the waist and does turn on. There is a middle heating element and 8 silver plastic pads which vibrate. They all doesn't vibrate at same time but alternate based on some preprogrammed patterns. maybe around 6-8 different ones.This is an initial review so am kinda harsh. will update after some use.Is it worth $150 which is cost at time of purchase? no. maybe if the vibrations were all at once and were more intense like a standard muscle relaxer.will I return it? no. need to give it some time. was wearing this when writing review and it stopped after 10-15 minutes. it used one of 4 to 5 power levels. 20-25% battery use. doesn't want to burn itself out. Back is warm after use. something may be in instructions. who reads those?will give update after a few.if manufacturer reads these comments, please make something like this but with all pads going at once. don't need the infrared heading pad. No one else makes something like this on Amazon. You could corner market!! but don't sell it so high unless vibration is INTENSE!!

The product appears to be exactly what I was looking for, however after following the instructions provided, I was directed to download their Future Wear app. After the download I was asked to provide open access to my Bluetooth devices, plus accept their terms and conditions. These conditions were a major security red flag, they ask me to agree to provide them the rights in perpetuity to everything they gather (with open Bluetooth they would have potential access to all of my devices), plus they wanted the right to run financial request about me; why would any vendor need or want that information.Until this is resolved and changed, I would not by this product no matter how good it is.

The belt doesn't really knead as stated on the app but it brings some temporary relief with the heat on high and alternating between levels. More like a tens unit.

This product is well built, and feels as if it will last a long time. The percussion heads are surprisingly powerful for their size, but this will not substitute for a deep tissue massage or good old-fashioned back rub. All of the images advertising show this being worn outside of clothing, but the instructions state that it needs to be touching the skin and the skin is not to be excessively dry. One of the Control features on the app appears to create electrical impulses very similar to a TENS unit (so if the contact isn’t correct, it can create a mild stinging sensation). Which is why I believe it needs to touch the skin directly, but is strangely is not advertised anywhere (TENS Feature), and I suppose that is the only thing that’s a little concerning to me. The heat feature on the lowest setting is surprisingly hot to me. My only reservation with this is that it requires a phone app to use. Although it will replay the last setting on power-up, as soon as this app is no longer supported, it could brick the unit.
