Pros -1) Fast and safe delivery. Absolutely no damages or scratches.2) Latest batch - AC was manufactured in Feb 20253) Build quality is real good, especially the ODU. Also, the ODU stand provided by installation agency is of Panasonic make.4) IDU is of big size and air flow is superb, true to the claim of 16-17 feet flow.5) AC chills the 150 sq ft. room in 10 mins that too in auto mode.6) To my surprise, the ODU is super silent, just opposite to what other people have commented for Panasonic AC ODU. I ran it in different modes but ODU noise level was never disturbing, not more than a small table fan.7) Remote is full featured though you need sometime to get used to it.8) Accessories in box - 10feet copper pipe (two set, one for gas inlet and one for gas outlet), IDU to ODU 2.5 sq. mm. 3 core wire. Note: Panasonic doesn't provide IDU to power outlet wire. You have to buy this either from the installer or from market. Installer will charge Rs.150/meter for 2.5 sq.mm 3 core wire and from outside market you will get it for 60-70 rupees.9) PM 0.1 Filter, warranty card, dust filters10) Installation was super quick. AC was delivered in the morning and within one hour, I got an installation message and a call from the local Panasonic team. Installer arrived at the given time and installed the AC as expected. They vacuumed the AC and answered all the questions I asked like - pressure checking, ampere checking, which wire to use, warranty etc. I must say that the installer was very well behaved and put extra effort in installing the ODU since there was very narrow space to lift the ODU. Also, he never pushed me to buy anything extra like drain pipe, electric wire, tape etc.Cons -1) Connecting this AC with Mirae app is a big pain especially if you have a 5Ghz Wi-fi connection. Seems this works only on 2.4Ghz connection. No tutorial or guide provided by Panasonic for troubleshooting the Mirae app connection.2) Panasonic installation agency didn't provide core drill to the installer due to which he has to struggle a lot in drilling a hole in the wall.Charges -1) Installation: Rs.1200 + GST2) ODU Stand (Panasonic make) - Rs.800 + GST3) Stabilizer - I used my existing stabilizer from old AC4) Used same wire from old ACTotal 2360

Cons first.1) It took 10 days for delivery. Before I ordered, every time I checked in Amazon, delivery estimate was 2 days, but for me it took more time. Received message from Amazon, order might be delayed.2) As per the product description, it was mentioned that you will receive a mail or call from installation team. I received a WhatsApp message from Panasonic. But noone showed up. I raised a installation ticket by myself, and then Installation team came on third day.3) Installation guys were either with limited knowledge or were in a hurry. They were directly from Panasonic.4) Ask them to first take out each item from the delivery box,( both indoor and outdoor) and explain you what it is. So you will get to know if you received Copper wires, attachment bolts, 0.1 PM filter, etc. Some people have not received these.5) Installation guys didn't have a circular bit for driller. Though they did a good job with the straight bit, it touched here and there on the wall, and made some marks.6) Vaccuming was not done by the installation team. I was working on the installation day, so didn't demand if from them. If possible, schedule installation on a weekend (non working day).7) Demo provided by the installation team was not bad, but they didn't inform all. Got to know some things slowly after I used it.8) Installation cost was more than 1200 + GST. Have read it in multiple reviews. So may be Panasonic should re-evaluate installation cost, and update it in product description.Now the pros.1) I have earlier used, Voltas and Blue Star ACs ( bought offline). Performance of this AC is equally good. Actually it cools sooner,I felt.2) MirAie app is good to control the AC functionality. Remote won't be used much I feel.3) When you set the Fan Speed to Quiet mode, the decibel level is less. Though I felt that LG does a better job. I have experiencd it, in my friend's place. Must say that in isolation, very much manageable in this AC. Not so loud.Overall I felt that, this AC is better than the earlier brands I have used in past, but the experience related to delivery and installation need an improvement. I was aware of Panasonic service earlier, but saw some online reviews, that it has improved a lot now-a-days. So I planned to purchase. As far as product is concerned, so far so good.
