Don't balk at the price! One look at the stitching and overall quality will tell you it was money well spent. I spoke to a strongman competitor who has used the same pair for several YEARS!!!! If you have sore or tight hips in the squat or deadlift these are what you need to wear!

My spouse is on his second or third pair of these compression shorts. This is his review:I bought these to provide some extra warmth and support of my hips, quads, and hamstrings when squatting and performing strongman training. I purchased a Large (35" waist) and the fit was pretty much perfect. I have large legs though (26" thighs), others might want to size down. They stretch and move very well and are not the least bit restrictive. The stitching is top notch as expected from Rehband. No signs of any seams loosening despite wearing 1-2 times a week for intense lifting sessions for over a year. Keep in mind, these are very, very WARM and if the weather is hot you are going to be sweating pretty intensely. I find I have to change out of them after I finish lower body lifts in the summer (no AC in the garage) because they can get uncomfortable. Much like the blue knee sleeves Rehband makes, these are pretty much the only pair of compression shorts you should consider.

The stitching on these shorts is amazing. I could not imagine the seams ever coming apart. Unless the neoprene itself somehow rips, these shorts will last a very long time. The neoprene really helps the hips, thighs and hamstrings stay warm and supple. Although I bought these for weight training, they work well for karate and especially stretching afterwards. I have the Rehband knee sleeves as well and they are the absolute best. Yes, they are expensive, but in the long run well worth it.
