We needed to replace our sofa pillows. These pillows were exactly what we wanted. They a just the right softness and firmness:very comfortable on your back. The 20 x 20 pillows are well made and fit easily into the pillow covers I purchased through Amazon Prime. I highly recommended these pillows as they were a great value and worth every penny.

Love these inserts. Perfect for decoration, perfect to use for a nap pillow. They maintain their shape and come in standard sizes. Price point is perfect - quality, affordable product. Would purchase again.

These pillows fluff up so nice. They come very compressed but once you follow the directions and fluff then we'll they are very nice.

These are pretty nice pillows. The box they were shipped in was destroyed, so I figured someone stole one of the pillows, or they sent the wrong size. Lo and behold... they were vacuum sealed! LOL! Meaning you have to (carefully) remove them from air-sealed plastic packages and let them sit for 24-48 hours after shaking them to restore them to their usual levels of fluffiness (if that's eve possible... didn't seem to work for me). I'm used to such a process (minus the shaking) with foam padding for my chairs. They vacuum seal them to make more convenient for shipping.Okay. I like the neutral grey color, but I purchased ivory colored covers for them... 18 x 18, the same size as the pillows. We're not trying to void any warranty by purchasing a thicker pillow or a smaller pillow case. Though it does sound like a good idea in hindsight, we'll leave it for the folks that are into that kind of thing. Softness is not really relevant to me, but it's cool, not a lot of support at all. That's not what these are for. Comfort is average. It's 'just' a pillow. Not thick, not too soft, just in between. Reminds me of the story with the girl and the bears... LLLOOOLLL!!!Overall, this is a pretty good purchase. At least I didn't have to go any local stores and shop. =/ But I expected these pillows to be a bit more sturdy. That's the main reason for my rating: 4 out of 5 stars. Had they had zippers where you could overstuff or restuff them? A-HAAAAH! NOW, we're talking 5-Star talk. I bought two of these pillows to replace the innards of two older pillow cases that were starting to flatten. They are 20 x 20 and even though I ordered this pair as 22 x 22 hoping to bulge the filling somewhat, the pillows were no thicker. They were very comfortable feeling but not the extra support hoped for. They product description didn't really say anything about firmness. I was going off their photos and many of the images showed pillows sort of bulging, so I was hoping that's what would arrive. I ended up squeezing both new inserts into a single cover, and that got me very close to what I wanted. Otherwise, these arrive fast and feel nice, almost down-pillow-like.

I really like these pillows but would have liked just a little more filling. Not much more just a little. I bought the 24X24 pillows to fit my 24x24 cases. They fit really nicely but I just thought they would have been a little more filling. They are still good and I only need the one to put behind me when on the couch. So, they work well. They are not firm at all, which I like.

I ordered the 20x20 pillows for my pillow cases that had a down pillow insert before. These hold up way better than my down inserts and is much more comfortable! Very soft and hasn’t lost its shape yet , it’s been a week of daily use. Once I took the pillows out of the bag it came in, they were very flat so I threw it in the dryer for 5 minutes and they quickly gained shape. A great buy!!

These pillows are soft and fit perfectly inside the case of the same size. I use these on my couch for additional back support or just to lay my head on. They are the perfect amount of stuffing for a pillow this size without overfilling the case. I would highly recommend these inserts for anyone looking for this size pillow.

These are really nice pillow inserts. I used them decoratively with pillow covers but they could certainly be used just as regular pillows on a bed or couch. Very soft and comfortable. Arrived the same day that I ordered them. Fit my 24 x 24 pillow shams very nicely!
