Don’t mind the two locations in the photos. One was taken at home right after I finished doing my nails and the other two were taken at work the following day. :) Anyway, this is the perfect milky white base. Perfect for glazed doughnut nails. I’m not a professional by any means but the consistency of the product is more on the thicker side so it’s a lot easier to work with. It doesn’t flood my cuticles as much as other products tend to. I used 3 layers of this rubber base. First a slip layer, then my main layer to help build an apex, and a third thin layer just to make sure everything was even and that there were no bumps or ridges. I also applied a pearl chrome powder to get the glazed doughnut effect and I think it looks great! A topcoat is definitely needed for this as it is still tacky even after being set in the UV lamp.

I have now used this gel for the third time and it's actually great! Just use molds for extension. They last just as good as the one I did at a salon. I do wash my hands very well and use a nail brush and then use alcohol to desinfect before putting the rubber on the nail. First a thin base layer, then you can build. Be sure to cure under lamp for every layer. It is self leveling and evens out slowly but surely so be careful to not get on skin and cuticles which can easily happen. Even these can give reactions so be sure to not cure it on the skin! Keep some wipe solution handy, and q tips in a small size, you will need it for sure. I would also suggest getting a very fine brush from the artist shop to reach into the smalI areas around the cuticle, the brush in the bottle is quite big for that. I usually apply one layer for base and two layers for build to get some C-curve and then file them to the desired shape and finish off with the no wipe top coat from the same brand. Without the top coat you will get an almost sticky and matte surface to top is essential. It takes some time though, but I think it's worth it. Good luck!

It’s a nice colour of gel polish, I still use this for the colour but it does not function as a rubberised base. I’ve tried a few ways to check for a learning curvy but I believe this is just a regular coloured gel polish by the way it behaves.

Disclaimer: I’m totally new when it comes to giving myself a manicure and doing my own nails so please excuse the less than perfect photos as I did my nails myself. This rubber base is great! I apply 2-3 coats and it gives the perfect layer of thickness to my natural nails so that they don’t feel flimsy. So far no allergic reaction which is a good sign. I get allergic reactions (dermatitis) all over my fingers and around my nails whenever I use nail glue but so far I haven’t experienced that with this rubber base. I started by prepping my nails (cuticle prep, buffing, dehydrator, nail primer) then I applied a thin coat of the rubber base. I cured it for 3 minutes then applied another coat and applied for another 3 minutes. I applied a third coat to any nails I thought could benefit from additional thickness then I cured again for another 3-4 minutes. The base will be sticky/tacky even once cured but this is on purpose as it also acts as a base for you to apply gel polish or a top coat to. You do not need to apply a base gel coat over this. I applied two coats of gel polish and then one layer of a no wipe top coat and I couldn’t be happier with the results! It also self levels so just turn your hand upside down before curing, allow it to level itself to your nails, and you shouldn’t have any ridges or bumps once you’ve cured. My only minor issue is that I didn’t know how long to cure them for so I ended up just guessing and curing them longer than probably needed. It doesn’t say on the bottle or the little box it comes in but it’s not a huge deal. I’ll have to see how well this holds up. I only did my nails yesterday afternoon and it’s now the next day so fingers crossed I get a good couple of weeks out of them before they start to lift and/or chip!

Estupendo. Buena textura para el trabajo de nivelación. Fluye con el pincel. Su color es acertado hasta para dejarlo sin esmaltar la uña.
