I’ve use this product for many years. When I started using it, there was literature that said that a doctor had develop the formula for his med students to help them pass their boards. This product really helped me to focus and I’ve continue to use it. I also learned that Jarrow is a quality supplement company that really cares about putting out a safe and thoroughly tested product. That’s important to me and I’ve learned to trust their products.

I never realized how well this product worked for me until I stopped taking it after taking it for 3 weeks. It took a week or so to really start working but I've been taking it for almost 3 years now and I can't function without it. I could never go back to life without it. My brain fog was so bad I could hardly carry on a conversation because my brain would just stop functioning it felt like. I was spacey, forgetful, etc. Jarrow Neuro Optimizer has helped me SO MUCH when nothing else worked. I went to 3 doctors, all of their ideas/solutions, coffee, pills, changing sleep patterns, diet, etc etc didn't work. I’m usually suspicious of OTC supplements. And I’m REALLY suspicious of testimonials. But this really does make a difference in how my brain works. It has improved my mental focus, clarity, agility and memory. Which is a fabulous feeling when you have an old lady brain!

Hard to say because there is no apparent surge of clear thoughts, enhanced memory, or brain activity. However, I generally feel like it helps all of those things overall.

I really wanted that to work, but all I got is dizziness and headaches. I really tried. I stopped taking and symptoms were gone, I restarted taking and headache is back. I wish I could return.
