I normally hate single-purpose items and avoid owning them even if they're offered to me for free. All my other bread tools are normal kitchen tools with many purposes. But I have been baking lots of bread at home for 15 years and I was tired of flinging my dough frantically into the dutch oven and messing up the shape while trying not to get burned on the sides. Or scraping out a stuck spot on the loaf where I didn't get full coverage with semolina or parchment paper.Loaves have never entered or exited the dutch oven so calmly and easily in my life. I love these bizarre little bread slings and I would definitely recommend them if you bake a lot of dutch oven bread.

I tried thse baking mats several years ago, and liked them very much.I use them to line my cookie sheets when making cookies, biscuits, and to warm up items like fries, chicken nuggets, and other quick foods that require an oven.I also use them in cookie sheets I place under items that may boil over. They are so easy to clean.Any time I need anything stronger than parchment paper to go in my cookie sheets, whether cooking, or freezing foods before they are bagged, these sheets are well worth the money, and only need to be replaced every couple of years.

These are fabulous! My parchment paper kept burning and crumbling, as well as not staying straight so my loaves were coming out with weird indentations. These slings resolved that issue. So easy to use! Very durable, and seems to have even heat distribution. Makes it easier to remove loaf from Dutch oven.

I love these. The only mistake I made was not getting a bigger size for a full sheet

Great bread slings for my sourdough bread! They are very heat resistant and function as intended. Use caution because they do get very hot so use gloves when removing your bread loaf.

This is my 2nd time purchasing these silicone baking sheets. I first got these to give as a gift in a bakery gift basket, but liked the so much that I got me my own. Great quality, easy to clean. Easy to use. My cookies come out perfect
