This board has made my tiny kitchen much more negotiable. It covers my stove when I’m not using it, providing a work surface, and when I need the stove, the board sits perfectly on the L of my counter, still leaving me with a workable surface. Plus, I love being able to cut something without reaching for another cutting board (except raw meat, of course. For me, it’s too much work getting it sanitary again; it’s not exactly lightweight). Something I hadn’t considered at the time, which is such a bonus, is it’s perfect for shared charcuterie, which is what the winter holidays in my home is all about!

Great cutting board and very large, awesome buy

This thing is a monster. This year we developed a very specific need for cooking two frozen pizzas at the same time for dinner as our children continue to eat and grow at an unrealistic pace. Thus, we retired our old reliable regular-sized cutting board and replaced it with a behemoth that could handle the workload. Yep - this surface can hold TWO regular sized frozen pizzas so you can cut them into slices, take it over to the table and then drop it down fast so you can remove your hands quickly before the feeding frenzy begins. It is also a perfect large prep station. Today, I made five BLT sandwiches on it comfortably. My only complaint is the lack of any rubber/grip on the bottom since I use this on the counter.. If it starts slipping away from me, I just put a dishtowel under there and it's all set so really not a big deal.

This cutting board beats all others by a mile. The quality, workmanship and beauty makes this product stand out. People, this is what real value looks like. I highly recommend this product.

We received the Bamboo cutting board from Freshware on October 25th, it was a X-large size and it was a perfect fit on our island, we loved it; then on December 15th we noticed two cracks (one on each side) starting to appear, later to grow larger. I wanted to return it for another one but only to find out it had a thirty day return window. We are both surprised and disappointed. If you bought this item, watch it closely and don't expect even a modest return window. We only used it for chopping and cutting small items, no abuse occured on our side.
