Great product, very small quantity
Needed a base for my recipes and it delivered. My only grouse with this is the quantity. Overall very good product.

Great product
I had previously used capsules for psyllium husk but find this product to be better, I sprinkle on my morning porridge and mix in, easy to take and no plastic casing. I have IBS with diarrhoea and the added fibre from the psyllum husk adds bulk and improves my bowel movement. Too much information? Well if you’re reading this then you are probably okay with all things bowels! I highly recommend and it is great value for money.

Does what it says but is such a small package. Won’t even last a week on cereal for breakfast. Way overpriced

Highly recommend.Took 5g in my smoothy on the first day and my bloating reduced and I was regular the next day.Take 5g every day in a smoothy or mix into a yoghurt, have been regular like clockwork ever since.Great source of fibre and has improved Mt gut and bowel health from day 1.
