Si quieres un tratamiento suave para tu cabello que te abuse con el frizz este muy bueno lo recomiendo y el olor es bastante suave.

You need to know that this is not a typical shampoo and conditioner. It is a system designed for professionals to use. However, it can also be used at home if directions are followed carefully. The problem is that one bottle is in Spanish and the other is in English and this comes with some typed out instructions on a piece of paper on how to use it. That isn't completely easy to follow. That said, I followed the instructions as much as I could and the results are very nice in my hair. I have very fine, frizzy hair, and after doing this treatment my hair is indeed much smoother as advertised.Basically I showered as usual and shampooed twice with the shampoo which I assume is a clarifying shampoo that opens up the hair cuticle. Afterwards you are supposed to continue opening up the cuticle with a hot blow dryer for a minute but not completely dry it. Then you work the conditioning treatment through your hair and leave it wet and gloppy for 20 minutes. After waiting this period, blow dry it with a cold blow dryer until dry. Then you use a flat iron and you're supposed to flat iron each hair strand 12 times. Ain't nobody got time for that. So I just flat ironed my hair until every section was straight. Then you wait 3 days before shampooing it again. It states that you should use a salt-free shampoo afterwards. I'm not sure what that is, but I'm assuming that means sodium, which seems to be in most shampoos on the market. I did find a shampoo that has sodium listed much farther down the list than others. I did not blow dry my hair but let it dry on its own. My hair is much smoother and straighter than usual after this treatment. There is a lot of product in these bottles, which aren't everyday shampoo and conditioner, but I will be using again in a couple of weeks. I just hope that it's safe to do so. I don't think it can hurt because I didn't have any more hair loss than usual. In fact, I think less fallout and my hair is in much better condition. Much of the frizz is gone, at least for now. I did not get any weird side effects and my hair does not feel any different than if I got back from a salon.
