Good product, if you have a solid roof car lige Tata Safari or else, no need to install a luggage carrier while using this product. Water proofing is good. In case if there is heavy rain and you are cruising on high speed, little bit of water can enter inside.

I'm extremely disappointed with the luggage cargo bag I received, which is not as advertised description in several key areas. *Misleading Description:* - There is no brand name "Kimevan" printed in the bag or the package, which takes out the TRUST on the seller - The product claims to have a "3 layer all weather fabric," but the actual material is a single layer of PVC, essentially a rain cover, not a sturdy bag. - The weight is significantly less than stated (approximately 250g vs. 7 pounds), raising concerns about its durability. - The straps are narrow (1 inch wide) and not very adjustable, which may compromise comfort and functionality. Given the discrepancies, I question the bag's ability to handle heavy luggage, contradicting the "heavy-duty" claim. I don't want to take risk in using this *rain cover* as roof bag & pose life threatening risk to other riders on the road. Hence, I'm returning this product. I actually planned my trip trusting this product, but this came 1day before my trip and now, my total luggage needs to be compromised and reduced due to this issue for my trip.

The stitching is weak not sure if it can withstand wind and thee 2 reinforcement straps are also missing. Should have stronger stitches for the straps to withstand. Return is also not getting picked up by Amazon.

Holds way more than expected! I was able to fit three larg camping chairs, an 8 person tent, 3 twin blow up mattresses, a queen blow up mattress, and a duffle bag of clothing, and there was still a little extra room! The quality is great! The zipper seems strong and feels like it will last a long while. Driving 70 on the freeway didn't create any wind noise and the straps didn't loosen after about 150 miles and a few days of driving. The bag was also super easy to install. Drove in the rain and everything in the bag stayed 100% dry. Overall worth the price if you aren't willing to shill out 600 dollars for a hard storage case.

I purchased the 15/21 cubic ft waterproof bag with an anti-skid mat and a $15 coupon off the $49 price. The dimensions are 43"x35"x17". I packed 5 adult sleeping bags, 3 12'x12' tarps, 5 (deflated) pool floaties, 4 lawn chairs, a portable toilet, a rug, and a 12"x10"x16" box. Sorry I forgot to take pictures. Trip was 250 miles, I didn't go over 75 mph (80 is the limit for the bag). No rain while on the road, but it poured down 1 whole day after arrival, and the inside of the bag was bone-dry. The material is thick & durable, the straps were strong and the triple-flap rain protection around the zipper is awesome. There was only 1-2" of movement during the trip which I was able to tell by its placement over the sunroof. I'd highly recommend this bag, especially while it's still on sale. Great quality for the value!

I have been looking at roof top waterproof bags for a while. This was discounted to around 40 bucks. The reviews were pretty good so I ordered it. We had a trip planned and this came on time. Naturally it poured rain the whole way, about 400 miles. Not a drop of water got in. The straps worked fine ,very quality zipper and double velcro flap to cover the zipper. Thick rugged material. I did use my own tie down straps as extra security, but probably didn't need them. I was on interstate keeping up w traffic. Nothing moved.could not be happier. Oh and it was plenty of room. We could not have fit all our luggage,passengers and a few musical instruments without the rooftop bag.

If you are questioning this product DO NOT! This was the best purchase. I put my FULL trust into this product and have NO regrets. I traveled 2400 miles with all my belongings. No issues. I also had a 7ft ladder on top with additional straps. Mountains, heat, cold temperatures and moisture with no problem. Of course you hear strap movement and wind that’s just natural but it’s no big deal. The price of this bag is not beatable! I would buy this product time and time again. Perfect fit for my car. Amazing durability for my trip. No rips or tears. Straps held securely. Wish I would have remembered to take a picture but the trip was so long. I went 60-62 mph the entire time just for safety and reassurance reasons. All miles were traveled via highway.

Bought this for car top storage, from Georgia to mt, co, wy, nm, all them rocky mt states, used this product for all our camping gear, so it was used morning and nite, did very well, very dry for our 5 week trip. Only issue we had was zipper, both back corners, zipping around the corners, does need a little improvement in those areas, but work with it a little in those spots and you will be secure and dry, would I buy again? Well I would like to test some others to see if they are all that way. Other than that it’s a great bag.
