Love!
Love these! Bought twice. Make cheap flats actually wearable. Practically invisible, and they stick on very well, just make sure the shoe is clean and dry first.

Arch Support Shoe Inserts
I will freely admit that when I initially saw these self-adhesive arch pads, I had some reservations about their effectiveness. I had been struggling with a problem for a very long time, and I was looking for a straightforward and inexpensive answer to it. They appeared to be almost too good to be true. However, after reading the reviews that were overwhelmingly positive, I made the decision to give them a try, and I am so happy that I ended up doing so. After inserting these insoles into my shoes, I was able to immediately sense a difference in the way my shoes felt. A level of cushioning and stability that I had not previously encountered with any other product was supplied by the gel-based arch support. I was able to wear them with any kind of shoe without bringing unwanted attention to myself because of the transparent design, which also meant that they were almost virtually undetectable. They have done very well in every situation that I have put them through, from my everyday flats to my sporting shoes, and I have used them in everything. They are also extremely simple to install and modify as required, which guarantees that they will always be a great fit. This is made possible by the self-adhesive feature.

Felt weird…but work!
When I first put these in my shoe I was very unsure - the support itself seemed to be very pronounced in a concentrated area. However - they definitely do the job and give good support, especially for a near flat footer like me. I’d love it if they had a little more heel cushion.

Soft yet supportive inserts
The Dr. Foot inserts have made my most of my day to day shoes so much more comfortable. I can not believe the difference I felt in a short period of time. I have a pair in my work shoes and one in the pair I wear around town. They feel incredible. They are washable I think that is a great plus. Also, you can change them from one pair of shoes to another. It is so helpful not to have them stuck in one set of shoes. I have yet to try a style of shoe that did not benefit greatly from having the inserts stuck in them. They do stayput nicely on the insoles of my shoes so I never worry about them moving around as I walk. They are stylish and comfortable and best of all my legs and feet no longer hurt when I get home. They truly are an amazing find.

They stick to bare feet and that is annoying
They helped relieve some foot pain but they stick to bare feet. I will still use them but trying to work on the sticking problem.

Flats & heels
Very sticky, definitely buying more, thicker gel material. I have medium to high arches, and these feel great in my heels and flats. Hardest part is to find where they're actually supposed to go on your shoe. Not really removable for different shoes. So i'm going to purchase more and just permanently keep them in shoes.

The gel just smooshes around too much when you walk, feels unstable with very little support
No idea how these have such a high product review. I got these in hopes of extending the life of some good quality sandals, but ones without arch supports. Quite frankly, they suck.First of all the arch itself is pretty low. Its like... 1/2" maybe. If you put them on the floor and stand on the them, you can barely feel it, and I consider my feet to be pretty flat.Secondly, when you slide your foot into the shoe once its applied, because this material is like a tacky gel with little nubbies for grip, its almost impossible to put on without rolling up the insert from the heel as you slide your foot in. It rolls up, and because its sticky on the bottom, I have to unroll them under my foot before I start walking.Third, they are way too squishy. As you walk on them, the gel moves around, so my foot is almost straining to stay in position on my shoe. Its so bizarre.Lastly, because this is a gel material, once they get wet, game over. Its like trying to walk on wet vinyl. Hope your feet don't sweat at all, or that you get caught in the rain.

Check overall size
Ultimately I did not end up keeping these because we are the arches in relation to where it needs to sit in your shoe to line up with the heel did not fit my foot. However, if it would’ve, the quality was good. I recommend checking overall size dimensions of shoes that the purchaser typically wears.
