Swimseal is a 7.5ml drop bottle, shake bottle well, apply 2-3 drops into each ear before going into the water. This product is subject to specific safety warnings, if you have grommets, a perforated eardrum, are pregnant or lactating, SwimSeal ear drops should not be used.
