Itโs bulky but I guess you would expect that
I wanted something to carry my large Yeti when riding. This works great. Itโs bulky which does make it a little challenging finding a spot to install that doesnโt impede other things. I was able to make it work on my HD Ultra Classic and itโs fully loaded around the bars and fairing.

Holds large fast food cups.
Out of all the cup holders on the internet, this is the best design by far. Its as if it was designed for the large cups you get at fast food restaurants. I always take my bike to lunch and always have to throw my drink away, well, not anymore. I have bought three different style cup holders and been given several more, but this one beats them all. The only thing I would have done differently is make it out of aluminum just for the sake of saving weight. Buy this cup holder. You won't be disappointed. There are a hundred different ways to mount it to your bike using Ram Ball accessories.

Durable but not sure if worth it
This thing is quite durable. I got it for my dad's power wheelchair and with this drink holder attached he's smashed it into things accidentally a couple times and it's returned unscathed. The only issue I have is its mounting hardware. It's meant to be used with ball-and-socket setups, I paired is with RAM's 'marine grade' aluminum pieces, the most durable ones I could find, and they still aren't strong enough to take the same beating the drink holder can. One of the times my dad ran his chair into something one of the aluminum ball-and-socket pieces broke. This creates a weakest link issue, where it doesn't matter much that this drink holder is durable if there's no way to attach it to things with equally durable hardware.I haven't found anything better though.

Awesome cup holder
I just got this cup holder for my motorcycle. I will be placing it on my crash bar on a BMW R1200rt. This is a sturdy cup holder. I had the ram cup holder and lost multiple drinks out of it. This cup holder looks like it will hold up to anything and keep my drink in its place. I did have a small issue with shipping. They forgot the u-bolts in the box. I emailed them and got a response the same day. They sent out the u-bolts the same day that I emailed them. I would recommend buying this cup holder.

Works well. Added Velcro to the bottom of cup ...
Works well. Added Velcro to the bottom of cup and to the tab that cup sits on to prevent the cup from bouncing around. Also, be sure to use a lid that is closable, as you will make a giant mess otherwise. This cup holder went from Ohio to Cali, Vegas and back, and held strong the entire time! Around 6,000 miles on the bike, and worked flawlessly.Update: October 2018... When removing my drink today, the bottom of the top ring cut my finger open... need to break the edges on these!

Perfect
First off this came very quickly!!! It looks good and will definitely hold anything you want...just know that when you turn if you and have a 30oz yeti (or whatever) and its full, it could spill out. Either way I wanted to put some pictures up. I didn't end up using the half rings that it comes with or the original ball. I order the ram mount Brake/clutch reservoir with the 1" ball because I still have the stock bars and there's not a lot of room to put things on there. I like it!!!

A nice addition for longer trips.
I've really been enjoying this. Being able to take my 30 oz tumbler in the road is great. Being the bottom ring is the size of a regular cup holder it fits most other bottles well enough too.I've have the swinging ram cupholder too and have enjoyed it as well but I always felt limited with it as it doesn't hold everything very well. I like the tumbler holder more. Its sturdy and looks nice.

Must adapt for Can-am
Great cup holder, quality stainless steel. U-Bolt doesn't work on Can-am Spyder. The mounting ball will work directly onto the bike. Replace 2 existing 4mm screws with longer ones and install vertically.
