Solid adapter
So I had to get this in conjunction with a pressurized brake bleeder for our 1995 Toyota pickup. Fit perfectly on master cylinder, works excellent. Bled brakes without issue. Easy to use. I had to install a larger adapter for my bleeder but the value for the money is excellent nonetheless!

Worked well for my use. 2020 Rav4 XLE Premium
Purchased to perform power bleed on 2020 Rav4 XLE premium. Performed well for this price point. The seal occurs on inside wall of reservoir (O ring on adapter). Collar used to secure adapter to reservoir. I was able to push 3 bottles of Toyota DOT 3 fluid using this adapter for all four wheels. Held 10 psi of pressure out of the box, no adjustments or corrections needed. In order to push 3 bottles of brake fluid I had to remove this adapter 9 times to refill reservoir with new brake fluid. After each reinstall, 10 psi was held, no issues. The pin and chain (used to secure collar) can be a bit of pain. Be patient. Pin, in fully inserted position, binds and can be difficult to remove. If pulling on chain to remove pin, one can distort the chain ring and can elongate, chain and pin can detach. I used 90 degree pick tool, and from the underside used to push pin upward. Worked well. Overall, for price point, I am happy. I will retain this adapter for future use.

Works well for bleeding brakes
Perfect to bleed my brakes. It allowed me to use a pressure pump and feed new fluid into the master cylinder and do a 1 man brake fluid change. Make sure you get the right one for your vehicle is my only comment. I have a Lexus and an Acura model, 2 different sizes but I can’t blame the maker for that.

Works great
I use this with a power bleeder. I did modify this with a nicer NPT fitting and I had to buy an additional NPT fitting and hose to connect it to my bleeder. Not a big deal. It snaps onto the factory master cylinder reservoir with ease and it held 15psi with no leaks at all. Perfect addition to my tool chest. It is pricey, but still cheaper than having a shop do it. You will be more likely to change the fluid more often simply because you CAN.

Got the brakes vacuum bled!
I'm amazed at the pedal feel difference after regular bleeding if the brakes then vacuum bleeding them on the Toyota Avalon. There was a pocket of air somewhere making the pedal spongey. All gone after vacuum bleeding with this tool.

Leaked through fitting threads and sprayed brake fluid everywhere!
I tested for leaks with no fluid in the bleeder and it held pressure. I then added fluid and pumped it up to 12psi. While I was bleeding my rear brakes, the fluid must've eaten through the small amount of thread locker and created a pinhole leak. Fluid sprayed out for a few minutes before I saw it, making a huge mess. I pulled the fitting off and found that the threads on both the fitting and the manifold were very low quality and very loose. I used first used 3 layers of Blue Monster teflon tape (which is fairly thick) and it was still too loose to seal. I then tried 6 layers with still wasn't very tight but it was tight enough to stop the leak. To anyone that gets one of these and uses it, make sure to drape shop towel over it to contain the fluid if it develops a leak! You'll save a lot of cleanup time.

A great tool after a little work
This adapter worked amazing after some modifying. The included male plug is a poor design and will not hold in any couplers I had. I immediately replaced it with one that worked better. The finish on the cast elbow is really rough. The main body was pitted and the threaded end that holds it to the blue cap is extremely poorly cast. It worked just enough to keep the nut on. Once the air hose plug was sealed, the cap was tested and it held pressure perfectly. It held 15psi for over an hour. By the end of the flush there was no sign of fluid that leaked out.
