Great taste and texture with a few tweaks to the directions
As many have said, the packaging was awful- the boxes arrived totally smashed but luckily intact. I’m glad I ordered 2 boxes because my first try was somewhat of a fail. The directions say lightly grease the pan. It stuck badly and was too large for my bread pan. My husband suggested making it into 2 loaves. I greased the pans, then lined them both ways with parchment paper. I baked them for 35 minutes and they came out perfectly. Golden brown. We really like the taste and texture. The bread is good toasted or grilled as well. I have already ordered 2 more boxes. Price is in line with gluten free bread I have been buying and this is better for sandwiches.

Makes great pizza and soft bread
Great mix from King Arthur! My husband non gluten free asks for this crust over regular pizza crust!!! Easy to make and yummy to eat!!

Far and above the BEST gluten free bread - puffs up beautifully!! It’s expensive but you get what you pay for.

Gluten Free Pizza Crust
Haven't tried to make bread. BUT, the pizza came out great. Best to make beforehand, put in freezer. Then night before or morning of, take out of freezer and put in the frig. I used olive oil on my pan, then finger spread the pizza. Then sprinkled Garlic powder over crust before cooking. Let it cool all the way, then put toppings on and cooked until toppings were done. This came out with crispy edges, just as I like it. Tried from raw, but just didn't come out the same.

Made fluffy cinnamon rolls with it !
Made cinnamon rolls with this and they actually rose up fluffy! Its super sticky to work with though so they didn't look great but they sure tasted great !

Great texture and rise
I made this to make GF stuffing for thanksgiving and it was perfect! It came out very soft with great rise. I sent half the untouched loaf home with my daughter who is gluten sensitive.

Superior product
This gluten free bread and pizza mix is excellent! I have tried several gluten free products to make my own bread and pizza dough. This is number one in my book! Easy to make and great ingredients. I recommend this product to everyone even those who eat gluten.

King Arthur flour is the best!
This is the best stuff that I have used for making gluten free bread. I am not a big fan of gluten free anything baked but this almost tastes like real bread. The #1 ingredient isn't rice like most gluten free flours. King Arthur has the best flour! All the way around theirs is the best.
