I've been using orthotics for 20 years and these are one of the most comfortable brands I've used. I just went back and bought another 2 pairs to replace my worn and less comfortable styles. They are well made and supple enough to be worn in casual summer shoes with no socks. You may need to trim them slightly with a scissors to fit into some of your shoes.

I have to say these are by far the best insoles you could ever buy to help your feet. I've been suffering with Plantar fasciitis for the pass 3 months and now that I've been wearing these insoles for the past 3 weeks my pain has gone away and my feet are feeling lot better.

Price pretty good. My podiatrist compared 10 different inserts that I bought from Amazon. He rated this the best one. Heel cup good. Arch support very good

My shoe size is 10 1/2 didn’t have to cut them. Great support on the arch.
