I've been using these tablets for a few weeks and noticed better stamina and energy during workouts. It’s easy to take and feels light on the stomach. The blend of herbs feels effective and naturally supports recovery and strength.

I tried this but I guess Kapiva product is more effective and even Himalayas Ashwagandha is effective than this one.

Koshaveda shilajit shi ha Work slowly but good 👍

Used it for more than 2 months now and i can conclude without doubt it is the worst shilajit out there. Does not improve strength or recovery which indirectly indicates that it has no role in boosting testosterone levels. Don't even know what the capsules are. Although it tastes normal and does not cause any digestive issues but that is what a normal candy out there also does. I'd recommend any other shilajit after proper research out there but never this one.
