I've been buying this brand or card sleeve for a few years now, to protect all kinds of Trading Card Game cards, from Final Fantasy, Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon trading card games, to boxed games like the Resident Evil 3 board game. These sleeves are great for keeping them protected while packed away and while in use, without blocking or obscuring any details on the cards. Out of the 1000, you'll maybe find 10 or so that are scratched a bit, but for the price (£13.99 at time of purchase), you can't really go wrong. The smoothness of the sleeves doesn't affect shuffleability, in fact I've found it easier to shuffle decks with them on. In the years I've been using them I've only had 1 damage during use, the card inside was fine and easily placed into another sleeve. Fantastic value for money, I would recommend these to anyone looking to protect cards, either in a collection, or that see regular use.

Over the decades, I have used at least 900,000 of the UltraPro penny sleeves. They are without doubt the best quality and the most consistent production value of any brand penny sleeve. Other brands I have tried or encountered in purchased cards from other collectors/dealers were far inferior in quality and believe it or not, ease of use. The UltraPros are a tad thicker, being made with a superior quality polypropylene, and open more easily with the thumb and fingers of one hand. That's important when you're sleeving hundreds of cards at a time. Also, they rarely stick or discolor over time as other brands tend to. The UltraPro brand of card storage/protection supplies are simply the best.

Ultra Pro is the gold standard for protecting sports and non-sports cards alike! All other brands are inferior. Especially the cheaper options on Amazon. These will fit your 35pt cards easily and you don't typically have to fight the sleeve to slide the card in. There is enough spacing at the top, so if your card happens to slide up the penny sleeve while in a top loader, the card will most likely still be protected by the additional space the sleeve has instead of being exposed to the top loader. There is also enough space on the sides, so you're not fighting to slide the card in and risk the chance of dinging a corner. I've purchased many different brands of penny sleeves on Amazon to try cheaper options, but THEY ARE CHEAPER FOR A REASON. I've returned some of the other brands as well as have a stack of unused penny sleeves that probably never will be used, simply because they barely have any additional space at the top or sides. Ultra Pro penny sleeves are worth the extra few bucks, so if you care about your cards, make the right choice and go with Ultra Pro. It'll save you from having to return products and potentially ruining your cards. **I've highlighted the extra space in green that most other penny sleeve brands do not offer** These will also fit cards a little thicker than 35pt. I use these for Allen & Ginter mini framed autos and they work perfectly fine.
