BOSTON XP 5 in 1 Music Centre, Power Stereo Speakers Bluetooth Vinyl Record Player, Turntable with CD, Cassette, FM Radio and Aux in, USB MP3 playback & Encoding, Remote Control

This music centre was ordered yesterday afternoon (Friday). Before ordering I needed to speak to the company to make sure they had the centre in stock, as required quickly. The phone was answered promptly no answerphone nonsense, and gentleman was very helpful. So I placed the order. I very pleased and impressed the centre arrived today! I've set it up and find it more than adequate for all our musical needs, especially connecting my phone via Bluetooth. Dusting off our old LPs and playing them in the future will be a pleasure. The gentleman did mention that some people have reported the centre requires a subwoofer speaker, but so far we have found the sound more than adequate for our mature ears. I would recommend this music centre and the supplier.

The system is a little smaller than I anticipated but does exactly what it is advertised as doing. I particularly like the ability to convert tracks to MP3 which I found to be very easy. On the downside, there is no queuing arm on the turntable and the speakers are very small. The sound from them is poor in my view. Fortunately I had retained the speakers from my 40 year old Sony music centre and they work perfectly and enhance the sound. That said, what was I expecting for £200? For the money it is a very good buy if, like me, you have vinyl and cassettes that you haven’t been able to play for years then I would recommend this for the money.

The puppy that packed my stereo and sent it to me did so very well secured and delivered in good time. Upon unpacking, which itself was simple and finding that a puppy packed it (so cute), without any chewing, the instructions are very clear on how to set it up and use it...and it's very simple to use. As you'd expect the sound quality isn't top notch, but if you put the bass up full and fiddle with the treble, it's more than acceptable. It's loud enough to let the neighbour know I'm playing music, but not loud enough for them to complain...I may buy the optional extra speaker system will extra oomph, but for now it's enough. I haven't tried the tape player, as I have no tapes, so can't comment on that...and haven't yet tried the MP3 recording feature either. As far as I'm concerned, it's there for the vinyls, the CDs and radio and I've very happy with these features.

Sound could be better My PC with it's 20 pound speakers have way better sound quality and volume. I know this company don't make the stereo but they could order better makes. And I don't buy the rubbish that the stereo would have to be thousand's of pounds for better sound quality when my 20 quit speakers output beats the pants of this stereo's speakers by a long mile. This stereo was over 200 pounds my PC speakers are 20 pounds you do the math.

Great sound for something so cheap

Received this today. I've played the tape, the record player, the cd player and a usb. All work well. sound quality is good. It looks great on my sideboard. I am thrilled with it.

With headphones the sound reception is good. It's not so good through the speakers. Other Wise everything works well.

What a wonderful company that I purchased this from. Tech Express (UK) Litd. Item arrived at the appointed time with no stress on my part! My second Steepletone but much superior to the last one in every way. Looks amazing and I can turn up the volume as we've moved from a terrace to a detached bungalow. Now I can get my 45's and LP's out of hibernation. Great value for money. I'm looking forward to going back to the 70's. Loved the Haribo bag too
