Tastes good, works great, safe to use.
This is a great sweetener and w/o Erythrinol. No after taste or unhealthy ingredients. I used it to sweeten my coffee, protein shakes, tea, baked goodies like cookies, muffins, etc. The only slight problem is that it tends to dry out and make lumps. However, a touch with a spoon fixes that, as does adding one of the humidity packets, repurposed from another kitchen product or vitamins.

Sweet with no nasty aftertaste
This sweetener is amazing. Provides great sweet flavor with no aftertaste in a nice easy to use granular form. Wonderful for use in coffee and baking. So happy I found this product at such a great value for the money.

Great sugar alternative
This is a great sugar substitute. It looks like granulated sugar and tastes close to regular sugar. It can be used in any recipe that requires sugar. It does not spike your blood sugar levels. If using this, start out slow because it can cause some gastric discomfort. But it does go away as you build up a tolerance. Love this. It comes from a melon.

Great Tasting Sugar Substitute
I find the taste of this extremely close to the actual taste of sugar without even a hint of the unpleasant after-taste you get from many of the other sugar substitutes. It behaves in every way like sugar, except that I don't agree that it's a one-to-one replacement for sugar, at least not in coffee, as I find I have to use about 3 teaspoons of this to achieve the same degree of sweetness I get from about a teaspoon and a half of sugar. But that's not at all important to me, I'm happy to use more of it if I have to. The point is, it tastes great, has zero calories, and doesn't promote tooth decay.I should mention that I switched to this after first having used the version of Monkfruit sweetener made with Erythritol instead of Allulose for years but became concerned with the former after reading certain studies calling into question the safety of Erythritol. Not saying those studies are necessarily true or that Allulose has proven to be any safer; just reporting the reason for my change. They both taste pretty much identical so it was not a difficult decision to simply use something else if there was any question. The reason I'm giving this only 4 stars instead of 5, however, has nothing to do with the taste or any aspect of the product itself -- the product is excellent, let me make that clear. It's because, for whatever reason, this seller has completely failed to deliver it on two occasions. Each delivery getting "lost" somehow. The most recent incident was as part of what was supposed to have been a subscription delivery that got totally messed up, then I had an issue getting a refund, although I eventually did get my money back. They apparently stock-out of this from time to time but you get no notice except that it hasn't arrived when it was supposed to and then you check into your account to find out what happened to your order. Then all you find is a message saying "Your delivery has been delayed" with no further information as to when you can expect it to come. Don't forget, this is a subscription, it was placed weeks ago, so how is it they don't have enough stock on hand to fill your order that they knew was coming? You may or may not get a message later saying words to the effect, "Your order has been lost, would you like a refund?", but if you choose "I'd like a refund", you're still not getting any Monkfruit Sweetener and apparently you would not get any until the next few weeks when your subsequent subscription date would be due again. Not okay.See, I'd rather have the sweetener than the refund, or else why would I have placed the order in the first place? Unless you contact Amazon to follow up on this yourself, nothing more will happen. They missed a delivery, you don't have your product. Again, that's not okay, especially when you use this product regularly as you would sugar or any grocery staple. To fix this, I had to cancel my subscription, then immediately sign up for a new subscription. Really dumb way of doing things and I certainly shouldn't have had to go through all of this just to get the product I ordered weeks earlier and subscribed to specifically so that I would never run out.But I'm gong to give them the benefit of the doubt for now and hopefully they can clean up that part of their act, because the product itself, as I said, is excellent. They just need to learn how to manage inventory, work on keeping enough in stock to fulfill their orders, and do a better job of communicating with customers if there's going to be an issue with delivery.

Tastes pretty darn good
I am shocked. First time ever trying monkfruit and Allulose and can't believe how decent it tastes. Sweetens like sugar, slight after taste but nothing like the bad artificial stuff, which is terrible for our bodies. I consume too much sugar and need to make healthier choices. I literally threw away the remaining sugar in my pantry. I put some of this stuff on my cereal and in my coffee and so far it's good. I have not baked with it yet though. I do know I will not buy sugar again!!

Love this sweetener! No weird taste or cooling effect
Love this sugar replacement! No tummy troubles for me and I have a sensitive stomach and cannot do sugar alcohols. It doesn't have a strange after taste either like some other sweeteners, and works perfectly in baked goodies. I use gluten free flours, almond flour and oat flour and all have baked up nice. My new go-to for baking!

A Great Sugar Replacement With No Bitter After Taste
Lakanto Monk Fruit is the best sugar replacement I have found. It has a subtle sweet flavor that enhances the taste of ones food or drink. It has no bitter after taste like other artificial sweeteners. It measures one for one in recipes. I discovered that I do not have to use as much Lakanto in recipes to achieve the sweetness that one expects in deserts or beverages. I use Lakanto Monk Fruit to reduce my carbohydrate intake for a healthier lifestyle. The price is reasonable and the product is always in stock. Lanko is my choice for both white and brown sugar replacements.

So tasty!
I love this and the one with Erythritol, but I like this one a little more. I usually do half and half for ice creams, but I do all this one for baked goods like cookies.I even used it to make my latest batch of teriyaki sauce and I actually forgot that until writing this because I can't taste the difference. It's awesome!
