Easy install, very slick!!
The media could not be loaded. Although excited about the toilet I wasn't looking forward about a whole day of DIY'ing. Crawling around on the floor of a toilet has never been high on my list of things I wanted to do. I was pleasantly surprised by the install of this smart toilet though!! It was much easier than anticipated.First of all, it arrived very nicely packed. Heavy duty protection, yet not overdone. Easy unpack. Moving it is a trick, luckily I'm not only good looking, I'm strong as an ox as well.. LOL.. You really should do this with two people as it says on the box. This is one heavy, sturdy, well built unit!!Removing the old toilet really took longer than installing this one. The directions are clear and easy to understand. Add brackets, add toilet wax ring, set in place, hook it up. Once I was fully ready removing the old toilet it took maybe 20 minutes to install this one. Again, two people might work much better than just doing it by yourself, like I did.If I have one complaint it's the user guide. There really could be more information there. After the install was done and I shot the video I started cleaning up, securing the wires and hoses and such. I was laying on top of the lid to do so. The toilet thought it was being used I guess and did all it's toilet things (trying to open the lid etc.) as I was laying on top of it. After I was done with the cleanup it didn't do any of the automatic features anymore. I had made it mad by preventing it to work properly I guess. One quick email to support fixed me right up. Unplug for a bit. Let it sit. Plug it back in.On the website there's a list if features that you can set with long presses on the remote. One beep is ON, two beeps is OFF.Turn on the Automatic Lid Opening FunctionLong press the " Open/Close Seat" button to open/close the automatic lid open/close function.Turn on the Auto Flush FunctionLong press the "Full Flush" button to turn on/off the auto-flush function.Turn on the Pre-Wetting FunctionPress and hold the "Stop/Save Energy" button and press the "Full Flush" button to turn on/off the automatic pre-wetting function. When the automatic pre-wetting function is turned on, the pre-wetting function will be executed when the user is detected to sit down. (Only for toilets with automatic pre-wetting function).Turn on the Foot Sense FunctionLong press the "Half Flush" button to turn on/off the foot sensor function. The foot sensor will turn off when the user sits down. (Only for toilets with foot sensor function).Turn on the Automatic DeodorizingFunction Short press the "Deodorizer" button to turn on/off the automatic deodorizing function. The deodorizing function will stop in dry condition. (This function is on by default).Turn on the Automatic Night Light Function Intelligent Mode:Long press the "Night Light" button to enter the Intelligent Mode (the night light will go on and off according to the surrounding light). If the product is in smart mode, short press the "Night Light" button to exit smart mode.Turn on the Silent ModePress and hold the "Stop/Energy Saving" button, then press the "Front Wash" button to turn on/off the silent mode.

EPLO G20 Pro - best bang for the buck!!!!
Value and features for the price is key for this G20 Pro model. It's built to last and works great. We bought it since it also has a water tank and a backup push button flush (no batteries needed) since we live rurally and sometimes lack power and/or water pressure.I thought "There's no way that's true" when researching bidets where comments and vids said "no toilet paper needed". With the multi temp, multi strength, multi position water jets and air dryer, you CAN use this G20 model sans toilet paper!Easy installation after I installed the new power receptacle behind the toilet and found a right angle compression (Ace hardware) fitting due to limited space where my water pipe exits the wall (straight compression fitting is provided).Below is some additional information that will help with your layout measurements and is based upon the standard 12 inches from the wall on center to the toilet flange:- The toilet tapers towards the floor. Sits 2 inches from back wall at the top of the lid and 3 inches by the floor.- 15 inch width at the floor so 7.5 inches on each side from center point.- Provided GFCI plug (at end of cord) is 2.5 inches deep from point of prongs to button side. Sticks out about an inch once plugged in.- Old school toilets have two holes at the base which you can eyeball from above to center the toilet over the extended mounting screws in order to get a good seal with the wax ring once compressed. On this G20 toilet the extended screw connections are inside the base of the toilet so no way to eyeball it from above. Instead, a template is provided so I suggest outlining the toilet's position on the floor to assist in centering over the wax ring. Also remember to make sure the toilet flange is at least level or slightly higher than the floor or you won't get a good seal with the wax ring. I found flange extenders at Home Depot that worked well. The remote control is user friendly with the option of using the round knob on the side of the toilet instead of the remote. It has a pleasant light sensitive blue night light inside the toilet and the foot activated sensor works great in smaller bathroom spaces as it won't automatically trigger the toilet seat to open erroneously like some models that open when it senses your presence.I can't forget mention the adjustable temp heated seat as well! Bonus for those of us who live in colder climates.Customer service is excellent as well. During install I lost the white caps that cover the screw holes at the base. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and mailed a new set to me immediately. Will be ordering another for installation in our guest bathroom soon!!!!

Revised Review - Excellent Customer Service
Purchased toilet in April 2024, reached out to EPLO about warranty service in June 2025. I had some issues with the drying mechanism and the nozzle that provides cleaning. Their customer service team was very responsive with troubleshooting that solved the issues. They also sent a replacement piece free of charge. Appreciate the excellent service.
