Great Quality
Easy to use with good balance and solid steel quality. The blade cuts well and feels reliable for daily home cooking. Solimo sources from decent Chinese manufacturers, and the steel quality reflects that. Sharp out of the box and suitable for vegetables and meat. The only drawback is the absence of a choil, which you usually find on more premium professional knives, but it does not affect basic usability.

Knife is good and sharp but overpriced. Handle looks cheap like a 50 ₹ knife. Overall its 5/5 if the price was set 220 for two. I bought 2 for 329
