Great value, works great, very simple and looks so good on the counter. Couldn’t be happier with how easy this is to use and how well it toasts your different breads. Got it for my wife as she just wanted something easy, this is perfect.

Works well, but I wish it had a way to give an extra "boost" to the toast when getting it out. Difficult to remove the toast

I like all the different settings and how I can manage the length of toasting time for each item. I don't like my bread toasted too much and this does it to perfection. To turn it on you just hold the cancel button for about 2-3 seconds and then do the same to turn it off. There are several settings for bagels, waffles, bread, grain bread and gluten free even.

This toaster makes perfect toast. My 9 year old never used our old toaster. We had it since 2012 and it was a beast and lasted forever. It wasn't even broken just old. I figured I should replace it bc it was bulky and the levers broke. I thought if I got a touch screen my son would think of it as a cool gadget that's easily usable. I was right! He makes his own toast now without much complaint. Now if I can teach him not to make a big mess with the butter and cinnamon I'll be on top of the world. 😄 I thought my husband would hate it bc he hates all technology with a screen. Old soul. Well he loves it. It's simple to use and he's complimented me so many times on picking out a great toaster. Very happy so far!

Great toaster for my bagel with the option of frozen bagels though i personally don't deal with that portion. It allows you to select the toasted strength depicted on the display of how toasted it will be though this is normally shown as numbers on less "smart" toasters having the visual of toasting levels is very convenient.The size of the toaster allows me to fit the large Costco bagel and doesn't have any issue ejecting them.
