it's the best I've used. it's different and amazing.

it starts off feeling a bit rough but stay with it for a few more times and in shower use it softens the sponge to where it doesn't feel a bit scratchy as the sponge begins to get some use it buffers itself. at first i wasn't sure but i think it's always like this i just didn't notice it before. i love the earthy color of it and knowing it is a natural sponge not a plastic sponge which is why i came back to these types because the plastic storebought mainstream ones can actually scratch and leave marks on body so that's why i left those for good and came back to natural.

It was time to replace my body loafah sponge. I'm so pleased with my choice. The round sponge comes flat and you receive a quantity of 3. I put mine in the shower. It puffed up on its own, but you can soak it in water to inflate the sponge. It is the perfect size for your hand with a great grip. No smell, and lovely in green. It lathers and exfoliates your body with the greatest of ease. I felt soft and smooth after my shower. A great way to do some self care.

I didn't read the description well enough (my bad) and thought this was a natural loofah/sponge, not just "natural" colors ... whatever that means. It could mean natural dyes. Or it could be fake dyes that are "natural" as in the colors you'd find in nature. I suspect the latter. This is just Polyurethane foam material ... a plastic ... so it's no better for the environment than the plastic mesh poufs you've used before. It's cleverly made to look like a real loofah or real sponge, but there's nothing natural about it, though it is comfortable to hold and is soft to the touch. It'll do for now, but it's very disappointing. I'm trying to stop using so much plastic ... and here it is again. Size is fine and there was no smell when I opened the package. I'm not sure it was worth the money now that I know about my mistake. I didn't feel like sending them back.
