Get it done
Project managers, get things done! Whether it is for your personal projects, and the ability to subcontract out or whether it is for earning potential in a business setting or side gigs. Which is something I do! If you start out mowing lawns, and then you see other things people need to do you can figure out the scope of what you’re willing and able to do and also look around for Subcontract out people that could provide the skills that you currently lack. I like the video resources and the budgeting tips as well as ways to protect yourself in the future, given licensing and insurance. They were even some tips and dealing with people and how sometimes it can be difficult to communicate when things don’t go as planned or will cost more than initially Estimated.

In-depth study guide
Will this book help get you PMP? Sure. Is it a one and done silver bullet to slay the test. No. I would recommend this book to someone prepping for the PMP test as a companion text for a solid, reputable PMP prep course/program. I wouldn't feel comfortable taking the PMP test using only this book to prep for the test. That's not so much a reflection on the book or the author. It's a reflection on the PMP test itself. I feel all the information needed to pass is included in the book, but there is no interactive content/context in the presentation. It's a long, dry read for a long, dry test.

It is a manual written in a clear and enjoyable way to understand the basics concepts necessary to pass the certification exam as a PMP requested by PMI. What did I like? It explains the evolution of the PMBOK 7th edition starting with the definition of a project, the 12 principles, its 8 performance domains, as well as the core processes and sub-processes. Its structure and simplicity to explain the holistic process of a project, with the integration of agile, hybrid or waterfall methods. The study tips and techniques. The self assessment quizzes Will help your to reinforce weak knowledge áreas that you need to reinforces. I don't know who wrote this book but it's unreasonable unreadable. Wow. My English is kinda fluent and definitely on a high level, but that book is something else. Like some AI wrote it and you gave it the task to write a text that noone will understand! Some sentences are so co.plicsted, i had to read the 4 times and still didn't get the point. And writing in that style is a sign of unprofessionality, not of special wisdom.

Its prefect for anyone wanting to get a better understanding of PM and or if you do not have time to take notes. I personally used this book to study for my PMP exam. I didn't know so aspects of project management but I studied this book and I was able to gain "clearer" understanding of Agile project management. I used it as my note when going through a PMP bootcamp. Really love it!
