Very well made Cedar Planter. Heavy metal legs, solid wood. Goes together well. Great smelling wood. I put it together myself and I am 82 and crippled up from cancer. I am going to put some 2 gallon pots with tomatoes in it up by side of house. Won’t have to dig up garden. Leave in the pots so in fall, toss out and put some mums in still in their pots.

The Cedar Planter is of excellent quality and easy to assemble with the tools provided. Everything is very organized in the box. Scan the QR Code for easy to follow assembly video. Final product is very sturdy, and very attractive. Highly recommend!

This held up all summer! Great buy and still looks new. Make sure to cover with planter paper to protect the wood from rotting and to allow moisture to escape properly.

This Canadian Cedar Wood Elevated Garden Bed comes flat packed so you need to do a bit of assembly. There are no instructions included but there is a QR code which you scan and that takes you to written instructions or you can watch a video. Assembly is actually very straight forward since the sides and ends are already constructed and all you need to do is fix them together using the angled metal legs, however this does involve tightening 40 nuts and bolts which took me about half an hour using the included spanner. Once assembled this planter is fabulous. Made of Canadian Red Cedar which is a soft wood much like Pine, the construction is sturdy and very good looking. I couldn't find out anywhere whether the wood was treated so I have to assume that it's not, so I've given the whole thing a coat of outdoor wood preserver. All you need to do then is put the provided liner in and fill it with earth. You will need quite a lot of earth but once filled it's deep enough to grow root veg like carrots or parsnips if you want. A bit of advice, put the planter where it's going to live before filling it with earth since it's very heavy once filled. Overall it's a really nice, good looking and sturdy planter.

This planter is a very high-quality cedar wood, it was very well designed and engineered which made assembling it very easy and enjoyable. It came with all the needed tools to assemble it, and also it came with the landscape cloth for the inside before adding the soil. The size from the outside was just perfect for my area and from the inside to hold tonnes of plants, I am using it for my herb garden and they look just fantastic. Very well balanced on the floor but it gets very heavy when filled with soil, it will need either a gravel or a solid floor to sit on. *** This product was received for free under Amazon Vine program

The assembly was straightforward right out of the box, even though it didn't come with paper instructions. Instead, there's a QR code that takes you to an instructional YouTube video, which I found quite easy to follow. The planter kit included all the necessary tools, but I found using my own tools made the assembly smoother. Once assembled, the planter looks fantastic. The cedar wood boards are of excellent quality, though the bottom is a bit rough - not a big issue since it's not visible. It's quite spacious, offering ample room for a variety of plants. I was pleasantly surprised by its size, which turned out to be larger than I anticipated. This meant I had to wait until spring to build it, but it was worth the wait. The planter's construction is sturdy, featuring thick cedar and steel legs wrapped in paper to prevent scratches during shipping. The garden cloth provided is thick and durable, resembling felt or denim. This is a significant upgrade from my previous planters, which were less durable and used staples instead of screws. However, there is a minor flaw: the drainage holes at the bottom aren't as neatly done as I'd like, but this is a minor issue as they are covered by soil and not visible. This elevated garden bed is ideal for those who prefer gardening while standing up, like my aging parents in our intergenerational home. Its 30-inch height is perfect for back-friendly gardening, and the cedar material is naturally durable, lightweight, and insect-repelling. The galvanneal steel legs are powder-coated to prevent rusting. The only downside is its immobility once filled with soil, as it requires lifting to be moved and is best placed on a solid surface like concrete or paving stone. Overall, this cedar planter is a valuable addition to my gardening collection, offering both functionality and aesthetic appeal. It's a long-term investment for enjoyable, pain-free gardening.
