Nice to use, great cord, and (kinda) supports macOS / Linux
Firstly, the mouse is pleasant to hold, use, and a big upgrade over just a bog-standard mouse. The cord is this interesting, very light, cable that does not get in the way. The cord is also very long.If you already have NZXT hardware, you'll be familiar with the software for this mouse -- NZXT CAM is great for creating profiles and picking the sensitivity. You can even set up profiles so it changes when you open certain applications (e.g. a certain game). This is stored onboard the mouse, which means when you connect it another computer, even one without NZXT CAM, it will remember your settings. This means you can set it up on your Windows computer, and then use it on macOS/Linux and it will remember. Unfortunately, there is no NZXT software for Mac or Linux, so you'll need a Windows computer to set it up.

You have to run a desktop app all the time.
It's a decent mouse, but you have to run a desktop application if you want the speed control button to work in win11. If you press that button without the application running, the mouse becomes unresponsive and needs to be unplugged and plugged back in again. This is a major problem, which could be fixed by the manufacturer making a proper driver.

2nd faulty as well
First one was black and the left button did not want to click if you press it a little bit closer to the wheel. This one does but every time I start the PC it is very quick and if i try to change the settings it freezes. NZXT was helpless. Avoid this mouse and NZXT products, this is not Quality checked at all.

No complaints.
So far I have no issues, it tracking/feel is very nice so I’m happy with it and the price is fair imo.

Sleek, minimalist, but poor for gaming
I don't usually leave reviews, but this mouse really irritates me.First of all, it's beautifully sleek and minimalist, which is exactly what I were after. It feels nice in the hand, and has the signature cleanliness of other NZXT products. It's got a nice complimentary software for it, (NZXT CAM) which is easy to navigate. However, the mouse is just poor for gaming. It's way too slippery, the mouse is a clean plastic with no rubber gripping for your thumb, meaning that the mouse feels like it'd take off like a Wii remote. It also feels too light for me, which is no issue for some but for me it's definitely a turn away.I'd recommend this if you've got a good grip or are interested in it for other means than gaming. I seriously cannot fault the mouse altogether, it's well put but just doesn't do well in shooters and the sorts.
