Worked great for edging my cabinet shelves.
Good material. It matches the matte black on my entertainment center just fine. Not exact, but close enough. And priced right. Important to know that this stuff is not magic. It does take a little skill and finesse to work with. It's much lighter and not as forgiving as Formica or Wilsonart type laminates. Mis-handle it and yes, it will crack. But handled with proper care, it lays out nice and can be applied with a common household iron set on cotton (DRY, no steam). The adhesive is strong, cools fast, and holds well. I find trimming with a sharp utility knife to work the best. Trim close then finish with a fine file. Advise looking up some installation videos for more tips. Use "edge banding" and "melanine" as search words. Also, do some test pieces to get the feel for applying and trimming this material before attempting to install it on your final project.

Easiter to Use Than I expected
This was my first time using edge banding. I was a little nervous about getting it right. I used masking tape to tape it into position and a regular clothes iron to adhere it to my 3/4" plywood. Worked well and adhered nicely. It is sandable, so I was able to round over the edge just a bit.

Nice product
This stuff allowed me to dress up the raw edges of a plywood cabinet project and make it look much more professional. Easy to apply with a home iron, easy to re-heat and move if necessary, and then once cooled, good adhesion. I knocked off one star just because it didn't come with any instructions (and the company doesn't appear to have a website... huh?) so I had to do an online search. Fortunately, there are a lot of similar products out there and just as many tutorials.

worth the money
Very good material used. It is thick and doesn't damage easily. The stickiness is awosome, takes a bit of heat to activate but once it starts melting. It sticks well and doesnt move. Easy to cut with an edge cutter, smooth finish. The size and thickness makes it worth the money.

Good quality, except where factory damaged
Was dismayed to find that the banding was torn and factory taped (hidden) a few feet into the roll. Something like this could be a major setback for some projects. Fortunately for my project it didn't impact me too badly, hence the 3 stars, instead of one.

Makes for a good looking edge!
Worked fantastically, went on easy, sticks strong, no residue and trimming is super simple with a razor or a chisel, any flat blade

Perfect for the purpose
Combine it with some sandpaper if needed, for me it was perfect to put a finished edge on some Ikea furniture where I had mistakenly left an unfinished edge facing forward.

5/5
I used this as trim on my diamond geometric signs I made for a customer... it was easy to use and bent around the sides without breaking. I have never used anything like this but highly recommend it.
