Why is the packaging inside wet?

We conduct a thorough running test with clean water before leaving the factory, so there may be a minimal residue of water, which will not affect the performance.

Is there a limit to the altitude of the place of use?

Not recommended above 2000 feet.

Does this product have freeze protection?

Yes, When the temperature falls below 44℉, please ensure that the water heater remains connected to power to activate the frost protection system. If not in use for a while, drain the water from the heater.

Is there anything I need to prepare separately for installing the water heater?

The part that needs to be installed together is a valve kit with a 150PSI pressure relief valve (vent pipe and valve kit NOT included in the product), if you need them, you can click Bundles to buy them together
