The dam cam is very nice. Easy to set up. I ran the cords as pictured in the instructions. The dash cam came with all items need plus a 64 SD card which need to be formatted b4 using dash. The instructions has very small writing but you can download instructions and the app using QVR code within the instructions. If using the rear camera you just need to run black and attach red wires along the driving side ( I ran and hide my cords under the trim of the floor board to the back to the hatchback ( 2012 jeep) then attached the red wire to the reverse light inside to lift gate ( I opened the trim on hatchback to get to reverse light and tuck wires inside trim of light gate then left enough out to run wire to attach my rear camera to license plate and the holder ( I change the screw that was given too small so I had to make those adjustments so camera can hold and attach to plate) I didn't figure out how to hide wire to rear back camera but a little out will not hurt. ( I'll unload pictured of that later) my camera set at 4k also I place it on split screen. I'm still working with the dash camera I just order on March like the 12th but just installing it on the 17th. Updated 3/20 with pictures of installation of rear camera

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install because this is like my 4th one in different vehicles. I like that the mirror is thinner than all the other ones I've had. The picture from front and back cameras are crisp and clear. Haven't driven at night yet so I will update after I do. With the way the factory installed mirrors have all the front cameras and sensors, I'm glad that this mirror has the adjustable front camera. This way I can adjust it so it gets a clear picture of traffic in front of me. As I get a little older each year, I find my ability to be aware of my surroundings is getting worse. Instead of looking up in the rear view mirror and seeing my car seats and passengers I get a clear view of what is behind me while driving. It's worth the money to have this extra safety. The rear camera is usually placed outside. I put mine inside so it's not affected by the weather and the rear wiper gives me a clear picture when it's raining or snowing. I highly recommend this mirror.Update: Driving at dusk was great! Both cameras worked fantastic! Much clearer than my last one.

Works fine in the fall but once it hits 90+ the camera overheats and stops working. It’ll drain your battery too since it won’t turn off. Don’t recommend if you live in a hot area

Install easy (99% Plug and Play sys) 4 starQuality of hardware (Very weak screws) 3 starQuality of camera (~5ft plate render) 4 starQuality of screen (Touch and gestures) 5 starQuality of internal software 2 starQuality of App (Warns of problems) 2 starNight vision (Renders Good Quality) 4 StarGPS doesn't sync to cloud unless connected to WiFi, not a good theft deterrent.Overall is a good improvement for my car at a price tag of 80$.The screws for mounting the rear camera are weak and frail compared to the sheet metal on my car, with pilot hole drilled.Easy cable install and hiding.Had to adjust routing because power cable was 3 inches short.Camera was perfect length for Grand Prix GT.I bought 2, one for my truck (crewcab) but won't fit a truck, unless mid size truck. So I have to return one of them.Also my truck has onstar buttons on the mirror so this type of setup would require an additional form of mounting plate to prevent onstar calls.My car's outlets I believe are hardwired always on, I guess we shall see what my battery does with the camera load.Took an hour to install.

I just replaced my dash cam recently. The video quality is amazing and the setup was very easy. The hardest part was running the wires to rear cam, because it was time consuming the route I took. I’m very happy with the support I received for the Wi-Fi.

At the time I was shopping for a dash cam, this was the the best option ( was only considering the rear view mirror ones). Good video, nice features the only problem is support will be nowhere to be found after the return period. After about 1.5 years one of the dash cams resets itself every 4-5 days and you have to adjust settings every time ( time zone and screensaver). Reached out to support asking what could be causing this ( maybe an internal CMOS battery?) Crickets! Again, this was the most feature rich rear view mirror dash cam but without support... I would not buy again this brand.

Image quality isn't so good. I used other brand and they never have this kind of wavy imaging.

Even though they were late delivering it . Maybe my fault because I used my other phone to order it . That throws them into total freak out mode they canceled my account and told me me change password. But finally got them to settle down . Amazon Customer service guy was a dick though. But it is a great cam set up for the money I highly recommend . The instructions could be more detailed. The rear cam reversed the picture so the car coming up on the left was shown on the right . I emailed them and asked about that and got no response until after I was playing with the settings and figured it out . Then they contacted me 4 days later. I haven't purchased a subscription to it yet not sure if it is worth it or not. Once again nice set up for the money . I recommend it to friends and have.oh yeah I would tell you what I did to fix the reversed image but then you wouldn't have any fun.
