Good lower carb spaghetti.

The texture after cooking in comparison to real pasta will come off as undercooked. If you overcooked it tends to fall apart. I do love this pasta and cook it al dente. I have this on subscription and will continue to purchase. Sometime when I am feeling lazy I will cook it for my family that is not on Keto. Then don't notice the difference. It does take a little longer to boil so allow time for that.

So.... after doing keto for the last few years, I have moved to low carb... every now and then I allow myself to have a treat... but I don't like to break the bank with carbs. I've always kept my eye open for a good low carb pasta... this caught my eye. One of my very best favorite soups is a combo of Chinese egg drop soup and Chinese chicken noodle soup.... so.... I got myself a small egg drop and proceeded to make some chicken to broth .... I cooked a serving of spaghetti and kept it warm in it's cooking water. Took an equal amount of broth to egg drop, heated them together and chopped the chicken thigh... added it in and when everything was hot, tossed in the spaghetti - my intention was to just use 1/2 portion, but was so excited I tossed the entire portion in and proceeded to eat... only thing I forgot, was the top of a green onion to garnish with... it was worth EVERY ONE OF THOSE 17 grams of carbs! I honestly could not tell that this was not full carb pasta with it's big carb count of 41 grams!!! BRAVO! Worth the price... well worth a splurge for me! My tastebuds are HAPPY!

This is the best low carb pasta I have found. It does have to be cooked longer than traditional pasta to get to an al’dente texture. The texture and flavor are absolutely wonderful I use this as a substitute for noodle bowls. The Immi are lower in carbs per serving so I will continue to use them but the texture, mouthfeel, and flavor of this pasta is leaps and bounds better. The flavor packets with other Ramen are nice when in a hurry, but making one’s own flavoring for noodle bowls is much more flavorful and diverse in what can be done and surprisingly easy. Many videos available for different versions of noodle bowls that cost much less than the restaurant version at much less cost. I was expecting to be somewhat letdown compared to traditional pasta but I find it far superior.

Get it right now. There isn't another low carb pasta on the market that comes anywhere close to this. A 2oz serving is more than enough. Heck, most times I don't even do that much per serving since im always mixing it with egg, chicken, shrimp, and/or steak etc. It will keep you full all day. The rotini is awesome too. I notice it requires cooking a little longer than the spaghetti and for those that claim it doesn't have the same texture as regular spaghetti or want a little more spring to it like ramen, just add a tbls of baking soda to the boiling water first and wala...you're good to go.
