Okay I didnt want to review this item right away. I've been using it once daily since I received it. It has 4 modes but only 3 you use everyday. The last one twice a week. It has worked wonders on my pores and the pigmentation. I use the medicube facial serums and cleansers with it. Definitely worth the money. Cons is that it is time consuming and a little pricey but isn't beauty.

I am happy with the quality and performance of this beauty massager. It makes my products absorb better and leaves my face looking hydrated and brighter. The device is comfortable to hold and easy to wipe clean. The cost is high, so it is a serious purchase, but the improvements to my skin texture are real. A solid investment for anyone focused on skincare.

Holy glowing skin, batman! This thing actually delivers. After one use, my skin is tighter, smoother, and it looks so healthy. After 2 uses, a very thin layer of my skin peeled off, revealing fresh healthy skin. After 3 uses, I have achieved 'glass skin'. I don't want to sound too much like an ad, but I really am impressed by this thing. The instructions aren't very clear, so here's what I've found. It has 4 modes: Booster: This mode uses electroporation, which is a technique that uses electric pulses to temporarily alter the permeability of cell membranes for better absorption of product. It physically opens the cell membrane to deliver the skincare product directly into the cell. It feels like a light buzz every 1 second. MC Line: This mode uses microcurrent, which is similar to the current that the body produces within its cells. It's used for 'volumizing' fine lines. I found that creates a significant plumping effect, which completely erases (temporarily) fine lines, and it greatly decreases deep wrinkles. It feels like suction with a light buzz. Derma Shot: This mode uses EMS, or Electrical Muscle Stimulation, which uses low-level electrical currents to stimulate facial muscles. It will cause your muscles to contract with each pulse to tone and strengthen them. It feels like a very light static shock, and can cause your muscles to twitch (blinking eyes, lip twitch, etc) and can send tingling up the nerves. It feels nice and afterward your muscles feel relaxed. Air Shot: This mode uses mild electrical currents to exfoliate the skin. It's like microneedling without the needles. It feels like a light buzz. You use it on clean dry skin, and apply skincare products afterward. This one caused peeling the next day. All modes use LED and sonic vibration. Also, I use level 5 on all modes, and have never felt any discomfort or pain. Before you use each mode (except Air Shot mode), slather on your skincare products, then do Booster mode, then MC, then Derma Shot. They work best with products that are very wet, so you may want to use extra product, or use something thick and sloppy like a mask. I use the collagen jelly, which is perfect with this device. It's water-based, so as it absorbs into the skin and gets less 'wet', I'll mist a bit of water over it then continue with the device. The instructions aren't great, so I recommend getting the AGE-R app. It gives video tutorials on how to use the device in each mode. You're supposed to wipe it clean with a wet wipe or soft cloth. Because it's something I rub all over my skin, I use isopropyl alcohol to disinfect it.

*Updated review* Shortly after I submitted my review, Medicube reached out and informed me my device is covered for a year and offered to begin an exchange. Oddly while we were emailing back and forth, my device started working again! Nice to know there should be a year warranty on the devices ----- This was a great device, I was seeing good improvement with my skin, however, it just stopped working after 4 months. Hard to justify paying this much for such a short life span

I really want to love this Medicube Age-R Booster Pro glow device; I truly do, but I am very disappointed. The first glow device I bought has a battery that does not last more than three uses before it dies. After charging it and testing it out a few times, it still performs the same way. Therefore, I had to contact Amazon for a replacement. The replacement device's battery lasted longer. This time, each charge lasts me over a week and a half of use. Unfortunately, the voltage is only half that of the previous device. The voltage fluctuates significantly and is much lower. I need to set it to level 4 just to get the equivalent of level 1 on the first device (which had a bad battery). Once again, I had to contact Amazon to see if they could provide another replacement so I could return my two devices, but they said that even if I sent them back, the only option would be a refund of my purchase, and there would be no more replacements because the issue was not resolved after two attempts. Unless you have a lot of time to waste, I don’t recommend buying this device from the Amazon website. I’m not sure if this product was kept in the warehouse for too long or if they just received faulty devices, but my girlfriend has had her glow device for more than half a year, and it is still working nicely. I bought this black one because, at the time, Amazon did not carry the pink one yet. Since the pink one just came out, maybe it’s better; I’m not sure. I wish I knew. Good luck to anyone who is going to spend their hard-earned money on these devices, and I hope it works for you. I will have to return mine soon, still very disappointed since i also bought additional warranty on this. Yet Amazon won’t do anything else for me on this matter. Medicube, if you are reading this, I hope you will reach out and do something about this since you probably have a one-year manufacture warranty or uphold the warranty insurance that I had bought for this device.

Update* The device works it’s not the sellers fault that someone at Amazon may have mix used with new. The only issue I had with the device was a clicking noise while it was in use and during turn on and off. I am unsure what caused that but that’s what prompted my first return. If I can remedy that then this device is amazing and works. It is great. I see a major difference to my skin in one week. I was told to edit my review and I couldn’t say anything about certain things and if you’ve had this happen before then you know exactly what I’m talking about. I received a device that looked to be used, who else could have repackaged it. I don’t know, but we’ll speculate. I will attach some photos of why I think the device was used because the LCD screen was scratched with no protective film on it, and there was some crusty substance on the side. returned!! not worth your time or money. Functionality used device. As easy to use as printing a return shipping label. I hope I hit all the key points.

I absolutely love this gadget, I wish I was more consistent with it because during the weeks when I do use it even a few times, I see a huge difference in my skin. It improves my skin in many ways, I see a more clear, glowy, youthful, plump, juicy skin. I imagine if used daily even for a few minutes you can look years younger.
