Poor design and fragile parts
A Hand Blender That Fails on Every Front: Your hand blender is a textbook example of poor design wrapped in false promises. Frankly, it's shocking that such a flimsy, impractical product made it past your quality checks — if there were any to begin with. Let’s start with the most infuriating issue: it splashes and spews liquid out of the vessel like a geyser. This isn’t just a messy inconvenience — it defeats the entire purpose of using a blender. It’s absurd to expect the average home cook, especially housewives managing dozens of tasks daily, to follow an imaginary “ideal usage method” to prevent chaos. They are not scientists in a lab. A good appliance should adapt to the user, not the other way around. Worse yet, the parts feel fragile and cheap. After just a few uses, the blade got jammed. The service center informed that the blade assembly costs Rs. 800 after warranty. More than 50 percent of the cost of the unit. Compare this to sturdier models in the same price bracket — this product doesn’t just fall short, it fails spectacularly. And let’s not forget the cleaning nightmare. The device has to be cleaned in a specific way as advised by the service center after the blade failed. This feels like a test of patience. Where’s the user-friendliness in that? In short, your hand blender is an embarrassment. It’s time you went back to the drawing board and built a product that’s actually designed for real kitchens — not theoretical demonstrations. Your customers deserve better.

Gets the job done. Doesn’t break the bank. Win-Win.
Easy to use, no frills, lightweight blender. Leaves a few chunks that get stuck under the blades which i don’t mind. Would be great for liquidy items like soups or smoothies, thicker the mixture, chunkier the end result.

Poor design
Motor and mixer part are connected with a little plastic doohickey that is easy to lose while washing. Once you lose it, the mixer is useless. Bad design.
