Great item. Disappointed it didn’t work for me. iPad Pro 12.9 lives in a protective case to protect my purchase. USB C interface cable from dock won’t connect. Even tried trimming some material from Logitech case to make the connection. If you don’t need/use a case, it will work perfectly for you.

The real thing is the same as the picture, the material is very good, very suitable for office. And it Saved my neck. Loved it!

I am returning this product. I’m finding that the small size doesn’t hold the iPad Pro as securely as I hoped. The stand has a flip out kickstand with rubber nubs that fit into slots on the base, and I find that those rubber nubs don’t hold the weight of an iPad Pro as securely as I hoped.Also, be warned that the cable that plugs into your iPad has to be a USB-C. I missed that in the description. My iPad Pro has a lightning jack.Otherwise I think this unit is a very good unit. It’s structurally sound but I didn’t try out the ports.Also the one thing that I loved about it was that I could put in an SSD card.If they could make the base a little bit bigger and make it adaptable for a lightning port I wouldn’t mind looking at this product again and buying it.

This has worked so far. Makes my iPad mini feel more like a small laptop now. I can add more things to it via the usb C input even an extra 4 USB C input usb C hub that’s really small. that helps expand it with out extra bulk and such. I use this for recording my guitar into Logic Pro and saving into a ssd that I add via the really small usb hub I mentioned earlier.So far I haven’t added a ssd into the unit itself yet as I’ve yet to buy one. Everything else in this I know works great.Con: my only issue is I wish the inputs were placed on the back and not the sides but that is my only personal issue with it.Update 1: the cable available for connecting to the iPad or tablet is thick and cumbersome. It makes connecting to my IPAD MINI difficult as it tries to bend and that makes a stable connection difficult. I’m currently using an angled adapter to make things work better. Also make sure if your using a case for your tablet that the built in cable has enough space to connect flat against the input of the tablet. Or it will not connect properly.

Product works but is difficult to open up for an older person with limited hand movement.

I bought this item assuming it would work with my Apple iPad Pro as advertised. My iPad Pro has a lighting connector which is very similar to a usb c connector . Unless I can find a suitable adapter for a lighting to usb c I bought myself a paper weigh. All I got from pulwtop customer support was sorry it will not work , my iPad has to have a usb c port
