Don't buy.
Rubbish buy cheap one. Head swivels, handle too fat, angle of head very awkward, difficult to see cutting edge no instructions. DON'T BUY. N option for no stars.

Very smooth cut
I have tried a few glass cutters from Amazon. This 1 is my favorite. Very smooth cut and the chamber doesn't leak the added oil.
