The media could not be loaded. This is a very poor quality remote isn’t working properly, Amazon sold it to me as this is a voice remote but it is not,I feel bad and cheated.i want to return and get my money back

Samsung firestick remote control
We had a broken remote control due to which we weren't able to use firestick, i was hoping to find a similar model but all in vain, but after few attempts i found a similar model in amazon, with few doubts and in a confused state i placed the order of the remote control whether it will work or not, finally the package was delivered on 06/19/2024 and to my surprise, the remote control was working well and our firestick started operating well. Thankyou amazon.

No Bluetooth & Voice Recognition
Works through infrared unlike Bluetooth smart remote. But Voice Recognition doesn't work. Same can be purchased at even more cheaper price.
