Sihoo S300 Ergonomic Office Chair Review
The Sihoo S300 is a remarkable ergonomic office chair that combines comfort, functionality, and aesthetics. As someone who spends long hours working at a desk, and with a serious chronic back injury, I've been thoroughly impressed by its thoughtful design and attention to detail.Ergonomic DesignThe S300's ergonomic design is its standout feature. Here's why I love it:- Adjustable Headrest: The headrest can be customized to support your neck and head perfectly. Whether you're reading, typing, or taking a break, the headrest ensures optimal comfort.- Lumbar Support: The built-in lumbar support is a game-changer. It promotes proper posture and alleviates lower back strain. I appreciate how it adapts to my spine's natural curve.- 3D Armrests: The armrests are adjustable in three dimensions: height, width, and angle. This flexibility allows me to find the ideal position for my arms, reducing shoulder tension.- Breathable Mesh Back: The mesh backrest keeps me cool during long work sessions. It's both supportive and breathable, preventing that uncomfortable sweaty feeling.- Tilt Mechanism: The chair's tilt function lets me recline slightly, promoting blood circulation and relaxation. It's perfect for those moments when I need a brief break.- Height Adjustment: The gas lift allows easy height adjustment, ensuring my feet rest flat on the floor. No more dangling legs!Build QualityThe S300 feels robust and well-constructed:- Sturdy Base: The five-star base provides stability, even when I lean back. The smooth-rolling casters glide effortlessly across my office floor.- Durable Materials: From the mesh fabric to the metal frame, everything feels high-quality. I appreciate that Sihoo didn't compromise on materials.AestheticsThe chair's sleek design seamlessly blends into any office environment. The black mesh and chrome accents exude professionalism without being overly flashy.AssemblyPutting the S300 together was straightforward. The instructions were clear, and all necessary tools were included. Within 20 minutes, I had a fully functional chair.Customer ServiceSihoo's customer support deserves a shout-out. When I had a minor issue with the armrest adjustment, they promptly sent replacement parts. Their responsiveness impressed me.The Sihoo S300 is more than just a chair; it's an investment in comfort and productivity. If you're serious about maintaining good posture and enhancing your workspace, I wholeheartedly recommend it. Five stars!

Great chair but wheel might be lagging
Updated: Sihoo replied and willing to improve on this issue and refund it.I wanted to love the Sihoo S300. The upholstery is great and the build feels sturdy. But the leg design is fundamentally flawed, causing the casters to drag and lock up on every turn, even on perfectly smooth floors. When I email them about the issue, SIHOO support said this is normal because the wheels are "anti-slip" and offered a $25 credit to buy aftermarket replacements caster. That is not a solution. The chair’s base is poorly engineered and no amount of lubrication or new caster wheel will fix it.For a premium-priced chair, this performance is unacceptable. If you need easy maneuverability, avoid the S300 or be prepared to stuck while moving it. Buyer beware!

Chairman Who Never Gets Board
This an other worldly chair. Yes they made it appealing by giving it a futuristic look. But the silky seat fabric, are you kidding me. It is actually soft and comfortable. putting it together was easy and quick. I like that I got some extra nuts and bolts because you know. There are more adjustments on this than questions on an SAT exam. I love the arms how they go everywhere, even places you would have never thought comfortable. And well did I mention that it looks really cool. Will anyone ever see my cool chair? No, well except me and I enjoy the whole engineering about it. I would say that it beats out some of them Herman Miller space age chairs that cost more than 3X the amount.

Easy set up and comfort
Extremely comfortable chair. Well worth the money! Easy set up. Put together alone and only took about 45 mins. Love that I can lean back in the chair

Great office chair
Hands down one of the most comfortable office chairs I've ever used. Love how the lumbar support contors to your back. 5/5 stars would buy again. Only complaint is the instructions are pretty lacking but it's rather straight forward to figure out on assembly.

Comfortable Chair, but Durability Issues After Two Months
The chair is comfortable, but after two months, I noticed it is starting to break. The mesh on the upper part of the chair is tearing. I reached out to customer service to see what my options are. Given the price of this chair, I hope they can provide a replacement for the upper part.

Comfort Issues with Lumbar Support and Seat Padding If you are taller than 5'7
I recently purchased the Sihoo S100, attracted by its lumbar support and ergonomic design, but I’ve had some comfort issues with it. The lumbar support is indeed present, but it’s incredibly stiff, making it uncomfortable over extended periods. Instead of a gentle support, it feels like it digs into my lower back, especially around the edges, which can be distracting and uncomfortable.Additionally, the seat padding is decent at the front but doesn’t provide enough support at the back. I often feel like there’s a lack of balance, as if the weight distribution isn’t quite right, which makes sitting back fully less comfortable than I’d hoped. My back pain even gets worse. While the design looks appealing, these comfort issues make it hard to recommend for long-term use. For short sessions, it might be okay, but if you’re looking for extended comfort, this may not be the best option.I am going to give update on this chair. The customer service is extraordinary. If you ask me about what I feel satisfied with the whole process is the customer service. They are friendly and put their heart to help you out. Lots of appreciation to their customer service. Thanks them for helping me figure out the solution to the prior comment.
