Beautiful fashion raincoat. Classic style. Beautiful color. Perfect car coat length. Work with or without rainy weather. A good windbreaker, lightweight but good for early fall cool days.

No tote bag.
Love the coat but the tote bag that was in the description was not included. The tag o the coat says 2 items. I returned it thinking that it was not included by mistake but the replacement didn’t include it either.
