Works great! I bought this as an alternative to a different supplement I’ve used that’s been recommended by my naturopathic doctor. I wanted to see for there was something cheaper on the market. Works just as good! Keeps things moving and does a great job with preventing bloating.

This product worked all but 2 days. After that, forget it! It made all of my symptoms much worse! I was so bloated and was in so much pain, I almost we t to the Emergency Room! Do not waste your money on this product!

I was so excited about these pills because they worked right away. I went from having a big bloated belly to having no belly at all and going to the bathroom every day. Alas, they stopped working after 2 weeks and now I'm back to being backed up and bloated even though I'm still taking the pills every day. Still recommend though as they may work differently for someone else.

I must have a tough gut because I am still bloated and constipated after taking a complete bottle. I have been struggling with bloating and constipation for a few years. I still have to take a natural laxative just to have a bowel movement. So for me this did not work at all unfortunately.
