Luvlap is generally a good and reliable brand. But when I received the product packing wasn’t done properly—there was leakage when it arrived, which made it quite messy. Another issue is the pricing. I bought the 500 mL bottle for ₹199, and the very next day the price dropped to ₹140 for the same size, which was frustrating. Better packaging and more consistent pricing would make the experience much better.
