I waited a while before reviewing this pillow because I wanted to really put it to the test - and I have to say... I LOVE IT. My neck pain is gone. We had two foam pillows before, and without fail, one of them would send my neck into a spasm about once a month. My chiropractor actually recommended this pillow because my neck pain had gotten so bad that I could only look left or right by turning my whole body like Michael Keaton in Batman.This pillow has been a total game-changer. Both sides cradle your head and support your neck, but one side is a bit higher while the other is flatter, so it works for a wide range of sleeping positions and body types. It’s easy to clean, durable, affordable, and absolutely worth it.I picked the black cover, but I use a regular pillowcase over it for extra cleanliness. And yes - I love it so much that it comes with me whenever I travel. If you struggle with neck pain, this pillow is 100% worth a try.

This is the last pillow you'll ever buy.Disclaimer: I am not paid for this, in fact, im taking time out of my day just to write this so you hit buy.I have had a previous version of this for about 2 years now. What started as a desire for less neck pain quickly turned into a pillow that I will quite literally take with me on trips - leaving other things behind - because its so ridiculously important for my sleep.This version is also great. A bit firmer than the one I had before, but still excellent.I will never ever buy another pillow from anyone else - and neither will you. Donama simply sells quality sleep - and that is something we ALL need more of.

I do enjoy this pillow, but I feel like it’s pretty small and it’s not thick enough. I got the queen size and it’s still smaller than a regular standard pillow which doesn’t make sense to me and I’m a taller person so I do need a bigger size it is very comfortable. I love that about it. The part where you rest. Your head and neck is comfortable, but again the parts where your arms will lay aren’t big enough and they’re not thick enough I think $5 or $10 less and it would’ve been worth a five star damn also the silk on it is good, but it’s not the best, it does come with a five-year warranty, but it’s not even trying to let me put my order number in to get it😭 so that’s annoying. I’m about to have to call them or something because I’m getting that warranty.

Super great. I’m a tattoo artist and my upper spine and neck are pretty ruined from 18 years of being hunched over doing my job and drawing. To top it off I’m a stomach sleeper which also doesn’t help. I looked into a cervical spine pillow for added support and chose this one because I liked that it had a removable pillowcase for washing. It’s been great and I noticed I was having less pain upon waking up and less stiffness Al is right away. The pillow stays nice and cool also!

Update IF YOU ARE A DROOLER DO NOT ORDER THIS PILLOW! I took the cover off it to wash it and found that it was black in the corner where my face usually is and well I drool... It was disgusting and I've NEVER had a pillow do that to Mee. Even a cheap one. Do not buy this pillow!So I've been using this pillow for little over a week now and I gotta say, it's too thin. It's suppose to support your neck, only way it's gonna do that is if you remove your shoulders. Arm support? Pfft yea right. That's a joke. Now with that being said I put I smaller pillow under it and it now sits under my neck like I originally thought it would. The pillow is comfortable on a basic level juss overall way too thin for what I believe it is advertised to so and there for not worth the $50 I spent on it. I'll continue to use it. But when time comes to replace it, I'll be looking else where. Maybe one day I'll find a pillow that I don't need two to be comfortable.

Unfortunately the person I bought this for ended up not liking in and thinks he used it wrong because his neck hurt worse after using it.

This pillow is very well made, seems to help my neck, giving more support when I sleep either on my back or side, I just needed it elevated a little more, so I added two "thin" pillows underneath and this works perfect for me.
