Quiet mouse
Nice that the mouse is quiet...no irritating clicking noise. Would buy again.

Good first impression - and second impression.
The seller asked I write a review, so after the first hour of use, I'd say everything works and it feels better than the standard mouse. Forearm at 45 degree angle, button clicks are a soft quiet touch which is nice. Scroll wheel click is a very prominent click compared to the soft left and right button clicks, but not too excessive. Though I think if it took maybe 30 - 40 percent less force to click that would be nice from an ergo perspective. But then maybe there would be more accidental wheel clicks for heavy-handed users, not sure. The speed button is great, to easily change mouse sensitivity on the fly rather than hunting for the computer's setting, which doesn't even allow much variation compared to the button supplied on the mouse. Overall, I just wish I bought this years ago. 4 of 5 stars because I've only used it for one hour and I prefer sellers not try to influence feedback.===========================================8 months later:I'm increasing this to 5 stars because it is still working great, and I can now appreciate the under represented, under marketed world of mouse ergonomics, which is ... how hard is it to press down on the mouse buttons??? When you think about clicking on these things all day, it does wind up mattering, especially for those with carpal tunnel issues and other hand injuries. I did appreciate the easy mouse clicking a lot but hadn't taken the time to measure it. So below are some mice stats:Force required to depress the left mouse button:HXMJ-Vertical Mouse (the one currently being reviewed) = 100 gramsHP HSA-Poo9M = 100 gramsHP X500 - Wired USB Mouse HP (classic style) E5E76AA#ABA = 130 gramsNCS Technologies, Inc. USB Wired Wheel Mouse DM-3580A = 130 grams(these figures are approximate - I used both a digital and analog scale, got very similar readings)I can say I definitely notice that extra 30 grams on the harder to click mice I have but never quantified it until now. So Thanks to this manufacturer for going with a light click mouse, it really has helped my hand out over the past 8 months, and that is partly due to the vertical position too.Last thing to say is the mouse does feel strange at first, like I'm using a device from another planet. But now 8 months in, I strongly prefer it to a normal mouse.

Unique. Comfortable.
I work with computers for 10-12 hours a shift constantly typing. Ergonomics is important and I know what works. This is a unique design even though I’ve used other vertical mice from different brands, and this works just as well. Looks to be a laser, dpi sensitivity can be adjusted on the fly, and the click is a nice soft and silent press. Is it the best I’ve tried? No. It’s just as good. And quite cheap. For the record, another vertical mouse from an unknown ish brand also worked well.

My hand and wrist feel soooooo much better!
Despite my carpal tunnel and arthritis I am now able to work at my computer for longer periods of time and with much less discomfort! It feels so natural now. Thank you!. Thank you, Thank you! I never knew what I was missing!

got dirty-looking really quickly
the mouse is fine, and I really like that there's much less strain on my wrist. However, the color from where i rest my fingers started to turn an unsightly brown. I don't use the mouse with particularly dirty hands, I wash my hands regularly, and the brown color doesn't wipe off with disinfectant wipes or with vinegar. My only theory is that the oils from my skin just rubbed the color off the mouse really quickly, which is disappointing. I would at least recommend not buying the purple colored mouse.

Squeaky Wheel!!
I bought this product and used it for 1 day in the office before the wheel was squeaking unbelievably loud & it was distracting. Going against my better judgment, i got a replacement instead of a refund and the 2nd mouse is just as loud and annoying! Do not waste your money!

It's ok for the price
I bought it because I needed to have a wired mouse for something. It looked just like the wireless mouse I had from IClever, but it is a little sticky on how is slides. It has to have a mouse pad and the wheel is a bit squeeky.
