OMG! The BEST cookies EVER!
If I could give this cookies a 10,000 star reviews I would. They are simply amazing. I am obsessed with the texture and taste. They are simply perfect. They are perfectly thick to where they do not crumble easily and a bit on the dry side but that's good because they're not at all oily and absorb milk faster. The taste is just perfect, sweet but not too sweet and they leave NO aftertaste. They have fewer calories per the same amount of cookies and they are sugar and gluten free. Compared to other cookies I have bought, in this box you get more for the same price so I consider this a great value for the money. I already and reordered and will continue to buy them.

Great keto/gf substitute
I love getting a tin of Danish cookies every year and these are a good substitute since I can't have gluten. The taste and texture are pretty good and very similar to normal Danish cookies. The only difference really is the sugar substitute being slightly less sweet, but it's not bad. Only one sleeve was broken and it was only broken in half, so over all, this was worth it for me.

Nice texture and initial taste, but then a bit weird
Gave as a gift to my low-sugar but likes sweets brother. The texture and initial taste are good but it does leave an aftertaste. Not quite what we wanted but it might be perfect for someone more used to sugar-free sweets.

"Good Enough" substitute for addictive butter cookies.
They aren't as "snappy" as normal butter cookies, crumble easily and are a bit dry, but the flavor is delicious and buttery, not too sweet, deceptively plain but still addictive in the best way butter shortbread biscuits can be. Best enjoyed as a nibble accompanying a beverage such as coffee, tea, or milk. They're a reasonable treat if you watch carbs, and a nice change from other low-carb cookies which have the texture of a protein bar that has been formed in a circle.

Honest review: Have realistic expectations
As someone who has been doing keto for years, it is hard to find that things will taste 100% exactly as their sugar filled counterpart. No, they won’t. It is an acquired taste, if you are new to low carb and keto, wait some time so your body naturally starts accepting keto sweats after being deprived from sugar and carbs in general for a while. At that point it will taste heavenly. If you have recently started keto and are looking to satisfy your cravings this is what you can expect. There is nothing that I love more than Danish cookies and shortbreads. I love the buttery crispy flavor and that heavenly balanced sweetness, I love eating them with tea, coffee, hot cocoa or plain milk. I am a true fan of real danish cookies with no additives, no butter or artificial butter flavorings. Going back to the review, this cookies are good, they are somewhat a little bit dryer to taste than their full carb counterpart. I imagine it is due to the coconut flour. Normally coconut overpowers everything in general however the taste of butter is still subtle and noticeable which pairs well with the coconut. They have a nice nutty smell almost like brown butter, they’re very crispy and delightfully sweet. In the keto flavor scale I’d give it a 8/10 for being a good healthy counterpart as it is faithful to the traditional ingredients in a danish cookie. (Eggs, butter, vanilla) The only reason I’d give it 8 instead of 10 is due to the addition of palm oil which I am not fan of. For the price I’d expect it to have only butter and no other additional oil. Specially a bad one like palm oil. Setting that aside, they’re well packed however quantity not to big, again compared to the carb counterpart I get it we’re paying the healthy keto tax. Would I be buying them again? Yes because it is christmas season and this is part of my tradition during christmas, along with hot cocoa. I recommend pairing it with a cup of hot cocoa made with Lakanto Drinking chocolate. Enjoy!

Good enough
The cookies themselves taste good. They're not as buttery sweet as regular, of course, but my husband really likes them. The lower review is because they were shipped loose in a larger box so they arrived quite broken. Super bummer.

Some Broken, But Tasty, But "Keto"?
I would give 5 stars for the flavor, but there were other issues. First, a few cookies came broken before we opened the seal. That's not really a problem, since they were still edible. My wife bought them because the were labelled as Keto. As a type 1 diabetic she thought it was good that the sugar in 4 cookies added up to only 1 gram. Still I notice a few yellow flags--dextrin being one (although apparently "resistant" dextrin). Rice flour was another ingredient that turns to sugar as it breaks down. When my wife had 4 cookies, her glucose went from 86 to 189 (into the "yellow" range) and still climbing within 2 hours, and that was all she had. It might have been better if these were made with one or a blend of alcohol sugars, though at least there was monk fruit included. Although tasty, I would lean toward describing the ingredients of this cookie to being more like "dirty" keto. As it it, she is letting me eat the rest of the cookies, but it wasn't what she thought it would be.

Excellent cookie aside from semi-strong monk fruit aftertaste
These cookies taste pretty good and are SO close to those tinned cookies I used to eat before discovering a wheat allergy. The texture and appearance are crazy similar. They were soft, moist, and not stale. They are a high quality GF cookie. My only caveat is that they have a semi-strong aftertaste of monk fruit. It’s not enough to get me to stop eating them, but enough to make me seek out a different brand next time.

It does raise blood glucose.. my blood glucose never spikes for net carb of 4 .. so I don’t know if this the product issue or my body response to it
