So perfect for my baking needs

Coconuts offer a good amount of nourishment and fiber. I don't have a coconut bearing palm -- yet, but I intent on planting one in my Florida yard, so I could buy a coconuts at the local grocery store, drink the milk and eat the flesh. By it is simpler to buy the meat already prepared in a form -- shredded -- that allows me to, so to speak, have my cake and eat it, too. This brand is not only fresh. This brand is not only shredded but fresh and, given the one-pound, instead of two-pound or more packaging, keeps its freshness.

Absolutely love this shredded coconut and have bought it several times now. I use it in butter chicken curry, on chia pudding and for German Chocolate Cake if less sweet is desired. Always have received great quality and even after a few months in my cabinet in an opened but closed package, it still tastes great.
