Delivery was on time, well packaged. Build instructions quite clear and sturdy enough in my opinion - no missing parts and all tools required, assembled it all one go in less then 2h on my own.Did one BBq so far no issues with paint or anything like that. The only complaint I have so far is that even with the ash tray under there isn’t a clear easy way to clean any bigger unburned chunks of coal without taking out the tray that holds the coal/wood.Otherwise as per title I really think it’s good value for money for the size of it and iron cast. Could not find any like this under 200+ pounds in any of major shops locally.

Really well built, but be warned it takes a while to put together. The instructions are better than most. Once put together it performs perfectly. Previously I'd used BBQs that move the grill rather than the charcoal. Believe me this is a so superior method. I love this thing, best non stress cooking experience ever.

A sigh of relief now that it’s built but felt the product should have been delivered with only perhaps legs to attach and shelves. 4 hrs later and it’s built but too many parts and if your not capable don’t attempt it. That said it’s strong, sturdy and certainly looks good. I would have preferred the main section arrived built but perhaps this is reflected in the price. There was no instruction book on using the product only a paper picture instruction book to building it. I’ve given 4 stars for the finished product as it is good quality

Having had a webber for about 10 years without real issue, i was dubious about purchasing a different make and model but really wanted something that i could place plates and meat on when done. For that this bbq is excellent! The cast iron griddle grill is a very good addition too.The bbq feels fairly good quality with a logical albeit complex installation guide. It went up with no problem though and once built feels quality. I do hope it lasts as long as my last one!Overall good build quality with enamel coated fixings and full of features, i would recommend and as long as protected over winter should last some time

The packing is perfect and well organised, the package comes with the tools you will need for assembly and also small bits are well labelled and along with the step by step instructions it was very easy to assemble the product. The only bad thing I faced was that there was powder left over from the powder finish on the lid. Will update the review when i get the chance to use it this summer.

The test for me is leaving it out in the winter under a cover to see if when you next go to use it, it’s rusty. Pleased to confirm no rust and still as good as the day I bought it

So glad I decided to buy a Vonhaus BBQ after looking at many others in that price range the Vonhaus dident disappoint...took about 1-1/2 hrs for my wife and I to assemble taking our time stopping for coffee..took a little time to work out the rise and fall mechanism which really is a simple and very effective way to control the heat . Cooking really is a pleasure with this Vonhaus the cast iron racks make grilling very easy with none stick you great a great sear to the meat.. steaks cook to perfection, as do chicken pork sausage burgers etc ..I use a Matt for prawns and those very small items....and after use cleaning is very quick and simple the none stick racks wash clean in seconds , wipe down and stored all in 5 mins . I've used many gas and charcoal bbq's over the years and in its price range it doesent get any better than the charcoal Vonhaus so would highly recommend.

Found it easy to assemble but was short a B screw and had a extra D, the lid did not quite close flush there was a 3 mm gap on the left side. First fire was ok. On the second I only used wood no accelerants and the paintwork caught fire. The burnt paint work was very ugly and as the whole lot did not burn I felt it may happen again. Returned the product.
